When I arrived at the clinic it took only a few minutes to check in. Dr. Teresa saw me within 10 minutes. Took a blood sample and checked all the normal things like blood pressure and lung function. The office was clean and the service was fast and efficient and friendly. I received the results of my blood test three days later. They sent me an email saying it was ready with a link to download it. This concluded my visit with all my results done easy and efficiently without any extra problems. First, the "doctor" I'll use that term loosely in this review, when I first complained of abdominal pain she rushed me out to take a pregnancy test while asking me for $20 immediately to cover the cost. I had to take the test before she would move on just Incase because "if she prescribed me anything that could harm me I could take her license away" real professional here. Then a basic consult was done and I was sent on my way with some basic stomach meds that didn't help at all. I paid cash for this visit and now, 6 months later I'm getting a bill for the whole visit!! I called to get this fixed and no one answers the phone or returns your calls. Horrible service, no one is professional and I guess the front desk attendants made an extra $200 take home cash from my pain.

I became ill and had already done a virtual visit with a Dr. at another location but after a week I wasn't getting any better. Going in for a visit I knew I didn't have insurance, worried about the cost, and knew it would be self-pay. Danielle was the NP that treated me on Monday. She did my vitals and found my oxygen, heartbeat and blood pressure were below normal rage. Danielle was concerned but you wouldn't have known it by her demeanor. She was honest with me about what was going on. She felt a chest x-ray would tell us more about what was going on with my lungs. I knew the chest x-ray would be an additional cost to what I had already paid. Danielle did a breathing treatment on me and left me with a cup of hot tea to think about what I wanted to do next. She returned and I had decided to do the chest x-ray. Danielle has the ability to be empathetic towards her patients and at that moment that was exactly what I needed. I left the clinic calmly and felt she had my best interest at heart and had given me the knowledge of what I needed to do to get better. Today she called to check on me, and I am doing better in 2 days than I had all last week and for that I am truly grateful to her and the staff.

She made the visit much more difficult and uncomfortable than it should have been. She took 2 tests and failed to test for strep. We had to request the test to ensure he did not have a bacterial infection. She kept having us wait in between tests in the waiting area and when we entered again for test results, it smelled strong like food. Apparently she was hangry and taking it out on a customer. SUPER BONUS POINTS: they tell you upfront what your insurance is or isn't paying for, if they're in or out of network! No surprises. This is a lost art. I say that bc I work in medical plan administration, so I know my medical plan up down left & right. But many people don't understand how medical insurance works so a lot of these urgent care centers take advantage of that. This was our first time ever visiting Supreme Emergency Room & it was very Impressive Customer Service & Patient Care. We happen to come late night/early morning around midnight on 12/17/2025.... There was virtually no waiting time once my daughter finished the paperwork. The front desk attendant was kind & professional. The nurse was Awesome & went the extra mile to be gentle & explain everything that was going on or being administered thru the I.V. She had really amazing bedside manner, seemed very knowledgeable & kind. The tech that does the Cat-scans & urine samples ect. was also very courteous & kind. Doctor Z. was cool, seemed very knowledgeable, loved how he believes in ruling out the worst things possible and allows the patient to ask questions or to inform him of any additional issues concerning the medical situation. The entire staff, including Dr. Z. had a sense of humor & that was great under somewhat stressful circumstances. I recommend this Emergency room because they treat the patients as well as guests with the upmost respect & kindness. Additional bonus is the snacks & so cool how the complimentary water bottles have their name on it. The Nice nurse & tech introduced themselves but I'm bad at names so forgive me but shout out to the entire staff who worked the OVERNIGHT shift from Saturday (05/17/2025) to Sunday ( 05/18/2025). I was extremely happy with my treatment here, from everybody at the Dr. Desai level on down. I really appreciated the fact that the technician Stefan doing the EKG and CT scan was very patient and answered all my questions and explained things; in fact, everybody was good at that. I found all the staff members to be very respectful, whether that was dealing with a health issue, or respecting my input. The lady named Zi at reception was quick to get things moving and get me treated, very polite. Most people get very nervous when an IV is being inserted in the arm, but that was not uncomfortable at all with David doing it, so clearly, they have very professional people working here. I walked in with quite a bit of pain and walked out without it, and a diagnosis to explain what happened. Kudus to Shawn for his care. Overall, this was a tremendous experience! And I even had a couple doctor referrals which I needed for subsequent treatment and prescription support. I think you'll like being under the care of these professionals.
