My recent post did not get posted, so I like to let you know about last night. When I buy PODS for the FOGGER I get 3- get one free. Great deal and no problem paying the price increase. However I was told I am unable to replace a DEFECTIVE PODS. I was told that needed to report it within 24 hours. I don't go thru 4 PODS in 24 hours. If that the policy then no sense getting the deal and it's a 50/50 chance of hoping all work.. So I guess $18 I just threw away. I buy with honesty and would never try to JIP your shop. When I went to go return it and get a swap for another one, the manager said "all I can do is 20% off your next purchase". Let me get this straight, a product that YOU guys have on your shelves made me sick, and you don't have the courtesy to even swap me out for another one? Greedy shop managers will do anything to pinch their pennies, even invalidate a long-time LOYAL customer. I've been shopping here since before they opened this location and this is the FIRST time I've ever asked for a swap, not even a refund, but a SWAP. I feel let down, as I've been a LOYAL customer and must have spent well over $1000 at this location alone, and they couldn't even swap out a defective $45 product. P.S - I use this product every day and know everything about this product ie. Safe use, dosing, etc. I know that what I was feeling was NOT normal with this product and with the dose that my wife and I used.

They didn't have a huge selection -- maybe one shelf of an entire case. The couple both welcomed me into the shop. They have tried to bring vape products in but since they are vape shops that only deal with vape, they haven't had much business with this in their business model. The lady was so kind to help me find at least something within what I was looking for. What really wanted me to purchase from them was their eagerness to help me and even explain why they have a smaller selection. They also asked me for recommendations on brands to check out! What truly sets Mike and Garret apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. I tend to come in lifted from time to time & they are more than willing to answer all my off topic questions whether it is about their favorite animal, their products, or just the day itself. (Never picked up a dud disposable here but they always mention to try in store before you leave just in case.) I've been to almost every vape and smoke shops in the big bear area, but Mike and Garret are hands down the best. Whether you've been around the block or are a complete greenhorn, this shop has something for everyone. I come here for the excellent customer service, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it your best stop on the mountain. I get greeted like a old friend instead of a walking dollar. I went in today and was greeted by the owner, Adrian who is helpful, knowledgeable and super awesome! Granted it was the 1st day open and didn't have EVERYTHING, but he still has a lot of name brand juices and mods, coils etc. I really hope to see this shop thrive! You can tell he takes pride in his work. It smelled good, looked fresh and just had an overall calming feeling. Will definitely be back for the GRAND OPENING!

It may seem overpriced in relation to buying online but websites charge state-mandated adult signature fees and extra delivery fees so once you compare the final tallies, E-Cig City actually comes out cheaper most of the time (unless I'm putting in a massive online order for free shipping). And of course the convenience of instant gratification, along with E-Cig's super friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always willing to take the time to give recommendations and explain all the options, shopping here is a no-brainer.
