Place a little smaller than the usual vape shops I'm accustomed to in Orange nd LA County, but the place is clean nd organized. Nice friendly staff but can be a little slow at times due to lack of employees. They make their own house juices. Got the 6mg vanilla custard 30ml for $21, so prices are reasonable and hope it stays that way. But the vanilla custard is pretty good nd worth a try. Will be back to try more juices. Not a bad vape shop and worth my future business, just lacking in variety of juices and different juice vendors that I'm used to seeing. Now I'm not very experienced when it comes to the whole "vape" scene but I realize it is a huge trend growing amongst people in my generation.. However, given the experience I have had, this place goes far beyond my expectations! I walked in a few days ago looking to try some new vape flavors and was referred by a close family member to Desert Vapors. He told me they create and mix their own vapors in shop, this caught my attention as I am always looking for the best of the best. Having over 70 flavors to choose from I knew I was in the right place! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the owner Russ and ended up having a really great conversation with him as he told me about his background and educated me a bit more on the vape world! Not only is this guy and his wife running a solid up and coming vape store but he also has some really great aspirations for his business in the future. When it comes to the flavors of juice, they were spot on, being a huge fan of tropical flavors along with blueberry, I finally made my decision with the Blue Mango and Sex on the Beach which I am enjoying at this moment! I've had an on again off again relationship with Desert Vapors over the years. My contentment with the business directly related to the owner being around or not. The staff were well versed in keeping up with advancements in technology, and never tried to "up sell" because they knew I was local, and knew I was well acquainted with the industry. However, there was often a strange under pinning feeling of being talked down to. I've dealt with pretty much every vape shop in town over the past 10 years, and Desert Vapes seems to be the last man standing. There has to be something to be said about that. Because of the arbitrary fucked up new legislation regarding selling juice, many shops have gone under, and some others reinventing themselves as smoke shops, selling ornate glass pipes and bongs. I'm willing to give them another shot, mostly because I don't want to wait for deliveries from web based shops. If they indeed sell 3rd party brands--SadBoy, Najed etc--I'll definitely give them another shot. However, if they've persisted in selling their in house crafted juice to the exclusion of others, it remains to be seen read more

Vaping saved my life 2 and a half years ago and it's really nice to come to a shop where people are friendly and they are very knowledgeable about their product. I've been there a few years ago and loved that they mix their own juices and let you try their flavors before you buy them, but moved away and hadn't gone in over 2 years. I recently went back and Vic helped me. She was so friendly and outgoing, very knowledgeable about their products, and set me up in the system so that I could save money every time I go in...which I do!! I've been in a few times since and have gotten $5 dollars off and 15% off juice, which is so great! The best part is the juices are customed to your liking. I can't get enough of them and will not go anywhere else now, especially after being to so many other shops. Parking is limited so hope that you show up on a slow day. The amount of flavors is more than enough to please anyone! They have samples on the right the moment you walk in. I would recommend the "Giggity" flavor because it has a tropical trident gum flavor. The prices are good too. The staff here is knowledgeable and helpful. Had an orientation from one of the employees to familiarize myself with their equipment. These guys are great! I went in after using a vastly inferior ecig for about a year in a half. Although it was obvious I was there to upgrade to a better unit, they approached me with a very friendly attitude, not the attitude of selling me something and getting me outta there. They showed me many of their options and I ended up going with the Kangertech EVOD ecig and tank. I LOVE it. It works so much better than my old V2. Their prices are reasonable and the selection of flavors and nicotine levels is amazing. I opted for the Vanilla Tobacco flavor and the Celsius flavor, which is a very good spearmint. I recommend it to anyone who smokes menthols. The flavors come in many different bottle sizes as well as an almost unlimited nicotine level. They make their juices themselves so you can customize the amount of nicotine you want to fit your needs. They give out a frequent buyers stamp, so for every 5 juices you buy, you get the 6th free! Next time I go, I'm going to try the Key Line Poi flavor! Hopefully this post helps someone. I purchased a tank here on the 3rd and by the 6th the seal stopped working. The juice was leaking every where. Frustrated, I wanted to return the tank and upgrade to the new prince tank. I heard it had a button to seal the tank on it, figured, why not. On the 9th I stop by the shop to 1) exchange or 2) return w/ upgrade, being that it has ONLY been 6 days since purchase. Not even a week. Had the receipt and everything. It's not the sales guy fault, the manager was called about the situation and the best he could do was 10% off a new purchase. Are you kidding? Not even a week and they couldn't fix the problem. Sounds like they stand by their products. 2 stars, would go 1 star but the sales guys were cool. I will NEVER return here. NEVER. Lost my business. read more
