Once I was in there and a worker there was so kind and helpful and even gave me a deal on the two chairs that I purchased. The most recent visit was just the opposite. No one to help or greet. I asked a question and was treated not only like I was stupid but said, "Here's the stairs right here", like I'm some sort of imbecile. I proceeded to want to check out and two workers were too busy complaining and I stood there and waited until they were done. Then when I gave my card she starts to tell me that my card wasn't accepted but then realized she put it in upside down. No apology just again an attitude. I spent over $50 and I didn't know that as a customer I'm such a burden. Take my advice hire friendly people who work only the floor to help customers if you're too busy to help and answer questions. I will still go but there are other shops in the area that I may consider visiting before I'll go back again.

The vibe there was basically buy it or get out. The guy with a beard and nasally voice (i believe his name was Tim or something similar) was so rude to some people. If you disagree with him or he doesn't like your opinion here just yells, gets mad and throws your out. Plus I over heard an employee talking with someone else about how they don't get paid, but can take whatever they like as "pay". At that point I thought this company is too shady and just left without buying anything. I know there are good estate companies that do a great job and im sure some day can be very stressful but treating customers like trash, basically stealing from the person that hired you in order to "pay your employees" is so wrong. That company really needs to fix themselves or just close up shop before they get investigated.

My husband's aunt was a very savvy garage and estate sale shopper and collected "quite" a few things from artwork, furniture, silver, Limoges, china, collectibles, and on and on. I was amazed that within the first few days of setting up for the sale how much was unpacked and neatly displayed. Lynn was in regular contact with me with questions or suggestions during set-up, sale and clean out. She posted instructions for sale attendees as to where to park so not to inconvenience the neighbors. Time was spent researching items and I felt the prices were reasonable. Lynn and her team work incredibly hard. It would have been a huge task for a family to take on and so grateful that Lynn was referred to me.
