This is my go to place when I need a sick visit and my PCP is booked out. In and out with prescription in 38 minutes! You can also check in online but I did a walk in. I've seen one of the ER MDs and PA there and both were fantastic. I'll continue to use them when Needed! read more

I have used nextcare numerous times over the years. I used to be able to count on my reason for visiting being taken care of completely. This visit was different. I got a knowledgeable diagnosis A steroid shot that relieved my immediate pain considerably and a steroid pack. The next day my pain was back. In checking on my diagnosis on line,recommendations for treatment call for antiinflammatory med,muscle relaxers and pain relief meds. Judging by my extreme discomfort I think this was needed. At least until I could see my primary. When I called after a very uncomfortable night I was told by the receptionist that they couldn't do prescriptions after the fact. After one more day of enduring the pain I called their 1 888 number Waited 45 minutes. Talked to an operator that said she would send the info to the clinic and they would call me between patients and see how they could help. So that was at 1 at 5 nobody had called and the clinic is closed for the day. Needless to say. I am not happy with the care they gave me There are a lot of other places that have popped up over the years I will find one that will care enough to give me the tools I need to address the problem I come in with Nextcare used to be like that but one can't count on them anymore. read more

We came in about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday night, because my stepfather had a neck injury and were assisted by Sean, Tania and Judy. Yesterday was an overall bad day until I walked into nextcare. Not only was my mothers injury treated immediately but treated by some of the best healthcare staff I have ever been around. I had called ahead because they were about to close and to verify that they would take my mothers insurance, Sean answered the phone and told me to bring my mother in. He was waiting in the waiting area for us as we walked in and immediately took her back to start her vitals. Which was AMAZING. I completed all paperwork and payed the kindest receptionist ever( Judy). All the while Sean and Dr. Suliman expertly helped my mother. Y'all. Brookelyn is the best, I swear. I love my primary care physician, but it's about 25 minutes from my house. So when I'm in a pinch and not feeling well I always come here. The staff is friendly, the facility is extremely clean and modern, and wait times are always reasonable. You have the option of making an appointment online as well. Brookelyn provides the best care. I took my 3 children in today, the staff & Dr all made the visit quick and painless (well, as quick and painless as a doctor visit with 3 sick small children could be:). I had ZERO wait time! I checked in online, when I arrived the front desk was (refreshingly) very friendly and helpful! There is a great little children's area in the waiting room that kept the kids busy while I was filling out paperwork as well as a tv in the exam room that passed the time while labs were being done. I made a call to the spring rayford location at 9:00am on December 8th 2020 to ask a simple question and the girl who answered had the WORST attitude for no reason. If I was in charge I would not appreciate the attitude of my employee. There are plenty of people who can keep their attitudes to themselves.. as they should for being paid to do so. Especially when it's a simple question about if I should make an appointment or walk-in. If I was in charge that is the type of attitude that I would replace immediately. I realize it's a tough time, but if you are paid to answer the phone then keep your problems to yourself. My mom works for nextcare and was shocked at the response. Common nextcare. By far the best urgent care experience I've ever had. Called in advance to check that my insurance would cover the visit (for what turned out to be a broken foot), Sean told me to "come on by!" When my husband and I arrived, Sean met us outside with a wheelchair (!) and made the paperwork as easy as possible by filling out everything he could directly from my insurance card. He took my X-rays within 10 minutes, explained the results within 15. Brookelyn Davidson (PA-C, equally wonderful and helpful) saw me within 20 minutes, and I got crutches and a boot in no time - was out in no more that 30 minutes and able to make my flight home! Besides being easy, Sean and Brookelyn made this experience as painless as possible (and their humor was much appreciated!). They are incredibly friendly, easy-going, and just good people. *Additionally, I'm out of state, so when I had to get a referral for my out of state doctors I was able to reach Brookelyn Davidson within a minute of calling the clinic, and she couldn't have been more helpful. My CA doctors were equally impressed with how great NextCare Urgent Care was to work with. I wish I could go here instead of my primary!! read more

This urgent care was amazingly quick. I checked in on line and had very little paperwork to fill out when I arrived. The receptionist was nice and efficient taking my ID and cards. There was no wait and I was seen within five minutes. Ms. Davidson PAC was awesome! She listened to my issues, did an exam and prescribed what I needed in less than 15 minutes. Have gone 2 times for a "online walk-in". This place is great, staff is friendly and it is very clean. Always consider this instead of going to an emergency care which would be very costly. They take most health insurances and all I had to pay was the typical deductible. If you are planning on going you can check in online and it gives you a time to arrive. read more

Took my child in for possible flu. Upon arrival the waiting room was clean and empty, great for us. The receptionist was nice and asked to fill out all paperwork. Then almost immediately the nurse took us back and asked a series of questions. Very sweet disposition. I can tell she loves her career just by her mannerisms and how she treated my son. Then a little later the doctor came in. Turns out my child didn't have the flu. Great bedside manners, young and knowledgable about viruses going around. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing fast, quality care without all the hassle. He explained what types of meds to take till the symptoms get better. A very positive experience! read more

Worse service!! How can you accept patients and don't have the proper tools to service them, something as simple as a urine analysis? But still want to keep their money? I called told my situation and then check in told my situation again only to be seen by a doctor who said yes we can't do anything as we don't have the proper things to service you due to the winter storm. That should have been told at check in or when I called in but no instead the front desk lady argues with the doctor about not processing a refund because she did too many today????? Tells him to call Donna or Dana he calls her she still says oh they can't do refunds but the front desk clearly said she did too many today???I was right there. What kind of urgent care takes your customers money refers them to another urgent care but because they may have things as simple as a urine analysis, but we don't so we can't help you! Any doctors office I have EVER been to that is the first thing ever done. Oh but it's gets better as I am sitting in my car after storming out in tears, in pain and crying after the staff refused to help the front office calls within 3 mins and says we are issuing a refund! All I wanted was to be properly serviced and deal with people who care. The Dr. Louis was nice and had honesty and compassion but the front desk and management really just wanted to take my money and could care less about the pain I was experiencing just wanted to make sure to add to it. I would not recommend to any new patient, current patient, not even my dog and they don't see pets. This is not how you treat people in pain and you don't have the proper tools to service them but can take a money when you know you lack the supplies. The refund is appreciated but the treatment was beyond anything I have ever had in my life as adult. read more

The problem was the deception in billing. They are a preferred provider on our Insurance and it should have been a flat fee that we paid on the date of service. The problem was that we received bills a month later dated 12/9/2014 for an additional $115 that they CLEARLY claim was still due after the Insurance was processed. I very nearly sent a check but called my Insurance to find that we did not owe anything additional. When I phoned Nextcare, they claimed that they processed a credit for the $115 on 12/12/2014 and to ignore the bill. When I asked Debbie at Ext 2268, if I had paid it if I would have received a refund and she laughed and said refunds are not automatic. I have to suspect that most people would pay this and I am sure they calculate it out the same way. This is dishonest. read more

I have been coming to this NextCare Urgent Care a few times and have brought my daughter and husband. It is by far the best place around. Tina was friendly and welcoming at the reception desk. Tania, the NP, is always attentive, patient and knowledgeable in treating me and my family. Sean gave me a shot today and i didn't even feel when he did it. He is also very funny and excellent with care and practice. Overall, I love this place. You can call ahead and not have to wait hours at a doctors office or hospital. Love love love them. They misdiagnosed the flu twice for me (they said I didn't have it) . I also often have to argue with them about billing. Most visits they try to over charge me. Today she said I hadn't met my deductible yet. She told me I was lying when I said I had. Finally after a call to the insurance company she apologized. When you come to this business you are typically sick which makes it worse that you need to fight with them. I wouldn't ever come here if it wasn't convenient. read more

This place was so quick and easy. I realized I needed to be seen quickly but couldn't go until after work. I checked in online before I left the office (around 5:15), got there around 5:45 and was seen and on my way by 6:15. Not sure if this is the norm there but I've waited hours at other urgent care centers. Have taken my daughter their on two occasions. Both times she was prescribed an antibiotic and after 48 hours was no better. I called and left a message for someone to call me back and it was 2 days the first time before anyone called back. The second time no one ever called back and I called back on the 3rd day. Due to scheduling conflicts the first time and a death in the family the second, I was unable to take her back in and wait, and a return phone call would have been greatly appreciated. I needed a TB skin test for work, so I Googled "urgent care", and Nextcare came up. I called the phone number to make sure that they did the test, and the operator was able to verify that they did, and she made me an appointment at the Rayford Road facility in Spring, TX, within the hour. I arrived at the facility, and Leticia greeted me when I entered. I got the paperwork done in short order, and Krystal got me back and did the test. All of the staff was friendly and professional, and I especially appreciated the quick turn around time. Least I forget, pricing was reasonable ($60), which was less than I would pay if I went to my PCP. I would highly recommend this facility! read more

Dr. Sulaiman MD and staff are courteous and professional. I've been a Nurse for over 30 years(in another state) and have seen/experienced what is acceptable, what is unacceptable and my Standards are High. The office staff displayed a nice air of calmness and confidence. Very comforting first impression for patients who are already stressed out. Front office and waiting area is uncluttered and clean. Am impressed that there is a beverage section, plenty of seating, a monitor to view your position in line and TV to keep your mind off of the reason you are there in the first place. More importantly, the staff is kind, sensitive to patient privacy and team oriented. If you have all the above, only the best will follow during your visit. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the wait time and I don't give out 5 stars unless I have had exceptional service x 3 from the same establishment or highly exceptional service the first time. read more

These people are shady and will stop at nothing to violate court orders. I requested to get copies of my son's medical records and these people blatantly refused to do so, made me (primary, custodial parent of my child) fill out some form so they "submit to corporate" before they even considered giving me what both, a copy of my child's birth certificate and a copy of my divorce decree, states that is my right to obtain. When I finally receive the call back from them, which by that time all my calls were completely ignored, I drive over there to get them, found a significant "typo" on my son's last visit paperwork, it said that my son, not even 3 years old was sexually active (really?!) and refused to give it back to me until, once again, it gets some approval from corporate. Their staff is undoubtedly the rudest people in the healthcare industry that I've ever had the misfortune to meet, the "gentleman" that was there yesterday was extremely rude and violated my rights to have access to my son's medical records and I think it's unbelievable how these so called medical professionals are willing to stop at nothing to cover their behinds for an apparent "oversight". I will never trust my son's care with these people, they obviously have no clue of what they're doing, they are corrupt and will stop at nothing to make your life a living h-e (double hockey sticks)... If anyone is thinking of going in there, please, go elsewhere. I honestly doubt the capacity of the "health professionals" that work in this place and again, do not trust any of the individuals that work there with my son's care. Granted, it's a new facility, but these people need to be trained in how to deal with real people. It's absurd that they will refuse to give me, the mother of my child and whose name is in the insurance card that was used to pay for my son's visits, something as simple as his medical records. It's not rocket science, it's common sense. If they were so competent and had nothing to hide, none of this should've happened in the first place. read more
