Three years later, the flooring is separating and clearly showing signs of being installed too tightly, a known installation issue. Instead of standing behind the product and the partnership they promoted, the company has taken zero responsibility and has pushed the issue entirely onto the subcontractor. This is an extremely unprofessional way to handle a major flooring failure, especially given the cost and the fact that customers are led to trust their installer partnerships. Being passed around rather than supported has been frustrating and disappointing. I would caution anyone purchasing flooring here to get everything in writing and be aware that accountability may disappear if problems arise later.
