Black lady judge said that by me allowing them to put the clear coat that a verbal contract outweighed a written contract in the state of Virginia. So I paid them the other half in court, in front of the judge. They reported unpaid on my credit for the next 7 years. I had my lawyer send them letters. I called the courts, it done no good. I got to explain it every time i applied for something, i had excellent credit other than them. So they got free advertising.
