I could have walked in the store found my item and checked out at the register way faster as that was the only line moving efficiently with ample help. I do not plan to return to this location due to her negative attitude around me questioning why I needed an ID after presenting the name, having a barcode ready (that was never asked for) considering my name is very unique and the chances of anyone coming to get the order, on this specific day/time/at that very location, who wasn't myself or spouse, would be very random and unlikely to happen. Robert, the owner, was the real reason behind going with FlooringRVA a second time. He personally came to measure and offer suggestions.
