We took our mom's car to do a simple front bumper body work that was loose. The car is in perfect condition and has never had an issue (Toyota Mini van - basically indestructible cars). 4 days later they call us to say that the car can no longer be turned on because the ventilation system did not work and the electric System would burn. They refused to take responsibility and kept saying they did not know what was wrong and did Not how much more it was going to cost us and was not their problem. We ended up calling a tow truck company to take the car to another shop. Within 30 minutes they ran a diagnostic and told us the electric system was damaged and tampered with and had to be completely replaced. This cost us over $2,000. We will be reporting this establishment to the BBB.

When I arrived, they did not have the rear differential fluid for my vehicle and said they had to order it. Ok...that was a bummer. I went I again 2 weeks later for our other vehicle oil change and asked if they had the rear differential fluid, so I could bring in my car that same day. Nope. They never ordered it. It seemed like something that should have been ordered and scheduled the day I came in for the appt initially. Instead, longer delay than necessary. Would have liked to see the employee be proactive with that instead of me having to coordinate. Music in the lobby is too loud for a waiting area - many people were trying to get work done or take phone calls.

I went in for a routine oil check (which they took an hour and 40 minutes to do) they then proceeded to quote me for 300 Dollar drive belts, a $300 cooling flush, a $500 valve cover gasket, and $3000 to remove and replace a suspension control arm. Not even to mention the realizing that they said they didn't include in the quote. When I went to a dealership to get this all checked, the only thing is I was wrong was that my battery was a little bit slow, which is something they didn't even find. TLDR: they will up charge you to hell and back and not even spot the things are actually wrong with your car. They will take too long for the things that they actually do and don't make up for an quality.
