The owner made me a verbal offer to correct one deficit, but I told him I feared returning to them. Given the incomplete and poor workmanship, I was forced to go to another merchant as he suggested, due to my uneasiness. This business failed to comply with our signed agreement. Steer clear! I didn't believe them and told them to put it back together and I would get a second opinion. Took it to a body shop in Montgomery. They too couldn't find the leak, but said it was not the A/C pan. Charged me 225 and did not fix. I was then recommended to call SS. Told them the problem. He told me that they would not charge me 1 cent if he couldn't find the issue. I left the car with him and Before I got home, he called me and sent a video of the leak. He found it. He repaired it and dried out the carpet and fixed everything for like $1200. Over $2000 less that the dealer wanted and it turned out not to be the issue the dealer said it was. They are honest, quality service, and great value. Highly recommended

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers. When I found out, they want to charge me this astronomical price just to look at the brake pads and give me an estimate. I told them that I would come get the keys and take it somewhere else and the young man at the counter said good take it somewhere else .real professional. To everyone that reads this beware.
