It was a very dependable vehicle that safely got us there and back without any issues. They literally rented to us on the fly as we didn't know what we were going to do when things went south with Enterprise. Vince was amazing! He took the time to answer all of our questions and work with us to save our vacation. The other guys in the office were very friendly and welcoming as well. We also bought a pickup truck from them in the past that has also been a very reliable and dependable vehicle. They stand by their word and in today's world that goes a long way and means a lot. I honestly can't say enough about them. I very, very highly recommend them for both rentals and buying. We will definitely be doing more business with them in the future!!

First, I purchased from out of state. I have in writing that the vehicle needed to tagged and titled in my state. He assured me he handled this. It has still not been handled and I've received no paperwork regarding my tag and title. Second, a test drive was never offered when the truck was driven off the lot, and he was informed of a serious wobble noticed on the way home. He lied and told me it just needed to be driven, then stopped responding. All six tires were bad on a vehicle he told me had NEW tires. I know because I just paid to immediately replace them. Third, he promised the truck delivered with a full tank of gas. When I brought to his attention the truck did not have a full tank of gas, he offered to Venmo me $50, but never sent the money. Fourth, He lied to me about the truck being DEF deleted by Ford. It's only half deleted and will cost over $1000 to finish so as not to destroy the engine. I truly thought I could trust this dealership. I was dead wrong. Don't get taken like I have. See Google review for proof. Edited to update I spoke with Shane, the sales manager, who informed me they will take care of my plate "because we have no choice," but they will not honor the rest. We have excellent credit, but they used a 9 or 10 percent interest rate to get the monthly payment & then Toby tried to tell us 3 or 4 % in the interest rate only made about $15.00 difference in the monthly payment. Called on Friday to ask about a coupon I received for tires (since I needed new tires). I was told that they don't honor any coupons even if they came from Dodge. As a military spouse stationed all over the country, this is the first time I've ever been told they don't accept a Mopar service contract or coupons sent in the mail. Save yourself some time and money, just drive 15 miles to the south to Sparta.
