BEWARE!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!! SCREENSHOTS AS PROOF!!!! I recently purchased a truck from this dealership. I worked with Mat Lyons. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER OR THIS SALESMAN. First, I purchased from out of state. I have in writing that the vehicle needed to tagged and titled in my state. He assured me he handled this. It has still not been handled and I've received no paperwork regarding my tag and title. Second, a test drive was never offered when the truck was driven off the lot, and he was informed of a serious wobble noticed on the way home. He lied and told me it just needed to be driven, then stopped responding. All six tires were bad on a vehicle he told me had NEW tires. I know because I just paid to immediately replace them. Third, he promised the truck delivered with a full tank of gas. When I brought to his attention the truck did not have a full tank of gas, he offered to Venmo me $50, but never sent the money. Fourth, He lied to me about the truck being DEF deleted by Ford. It's only half deleted and will cost over $1000 to finish so as not to destroy the engine. I truly thought I could trust this dealership. I was dead wrong. Don't get taken like I have. See Google review for proof. Edited to update I spoke with Shane, the sales manager, who informed me they will take care of my plate "because we have no choice," but they will not honor the rest. So we had our daughters Ford Edge there for 8 weeks waiting for a new engine. They never ordered it, said it could have been an exhaust system which would have been cheaper. Waited another week to check that, they never did. Husband and daughter went there, never checked anything and was told they should take it to a muffler shop to look at it. THEY ARE A COMPLETE JOKE, unprofessional and worthless so called repair shop. read more

I would really be very careful in buying a used vehicle from this company. I had a salesperson who was only interested in a good review so he could get his $25 for selling a truck. Granted I bought the truck sight unseen for my grandson and I put my trust in the salesperson who said he would not sell me a truck that would fall apart in a few months. Guess what; it did. You lied to me and you brought God into making me feel you were not a crook. I had my son talk to him over the phone and he assured my son this truck had some repairs done but was ready to go. But he failed to tell me the truck was in an accident. He also said he would send me a copy of the repairs their shop did to this truck ... waited and waited and I did not receive any paperwork on the repairs that were made. And the repairs are starting to add up. Then the person who was suppose to help with the wire transfer was not in that day. They would not give me the routing number to their account. I had to go to my bank and have my bank call Edd Rodgers Valley Ford for the routing number. They are so dumb they didn't realize I have a copy of my wire transfer with their routing number. I should have cancelled the deal then but I believed the salesperson . Be very careful when you make a deal with Edd Rodgers Valley Ford. I am on a fixed income and wanted to help my grandson. I really believed this salesperson was true to his word but he just wanted a sale. I should have known better. I hope Edd Rogers and his crew can sleep at night knowing how they swindle an elderly person out of her money. Shame on Edd Rogers, the fiance office and the salesperson. betty read more

I spent 2 weeks trying to find the perfect vehicle for my price range and needs before being referred by a coworker to Patty Dillon at Edd Rogers Valley Ford. Patty immediately sent me a few options that related to my criteria. I scheduled with her to come in the next day to test drive. I immediately fell in love with the SUV and purchased that day. The office staff was very attentive and worked diligently to process everything as quickly and proficiently as possible. I've had the vehicle for over a month now and everything still runs great. horrible, made a service appointment on Thursday to have many things fixed on a brand new truck. wife dropped the truck off on Wednesday they said had i had no appointment, so someone dropped the ball. they gave me a 15 year old rental car, ac didnt work, interior was nasty absolutely disgusting. i made complaint with ford corporate who agreed i should not have got a loaner like that. will be not doing any business there went and got my truck and didnt let them touch it , i dont know how this place stays in business ford will be looking into there practices read more

I just purchased a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country mini van. I was looking for a work vehicle nothing special. I was told it was sold as is and I understood that, it runs however when I took the van to get it registered and in Rutherford county an emissions test is required. Well the van failed. I called the dealership and informed them about this. I was told that the vehicle runs and they wouldn't do anything about it. I am retired military and have lived in 8 states and bought many used vehicles. This has never happened where a dealership wouldn't ensure that the vehicle could be registered in the county the buyer lives in. I was up front and told them I lived in Murfreesboro. An emissions test is required. Why would you not take care of a customer you just sold the vehicle to. I'm really disappointed. My salesman Lynn was fantastic but the rest of them let me down. We decided to stop in at a small Ford dealer in Sparta, TN one evening. My husband said he doubted we would find a good deal, but we drove on the lot and he spotted a truck in the color he had been wanting. The salesman was not high-pressure at all, and he immediately introduced us to the sales manager. We were taking excellent care of by Dianne Finley, the sales manager. She got us what we wanted for our trade and worked with us to make sure we were pleased. My husband loves his new truck and Valley Ford beat all the other dealers prices.
