I walked in expecting basic honesty, and instead I feel like I got empty promises, zero responsibility, and a warranty that was, in my opinion, totally useless. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and the problems hit almost immediately. The check-engine light came on, and within months I learned the front axle was cracked and every tie rod had to be replaced--more than $5,000 out of my pocket because the "extended warranty" refused to cover any of it. A few months later, the oil pump failed, then the transmission failed. Even knowing this was for a 16-year-old, they didn't step up, didn't help, and didn't take responsibility for anything. Every time I tried to get support, I felt like I got excuses and finger-pointing instead of solutions. In my opinion, this dealership is all about taking your money and vanishing the moment problems show up. Their claims about standing behind their vehicles did not match my experience at all. Bought a 2012 highlander on 11/20/2023, Larry my salesman, told me this vehicle had no mechanical problems and was an amazing right. I was only able to test drive it once. No problems what so ever. 5 days after purchase, my torque convertor starts shuddering hard, which means this was a previous issue before I got the car and it's going out. Then, 7 days after the convertor starts going out, my alternator goes out. I had the car less than TWO WEEKS (I've had the car 16 days so far 12/18/2023) when these issues arose. I texted Larry to ask if an inspection was done on it since he had already told me they do. Other than him acting like he didn't know who was texting him, he told me the ONLY inspection they do is a safety inspection. Know what a safety inspection is? "Headlight check to ensure appropriate operation, no broken lenses or lamps, lights are the correct shade, are identical, and turn signals are operable". So I could have pulled off that lot with my family, had catastrophic engine failure on the interstate and been in an accident. I'm already almost up to $1000 in repairs because some salesman wasn't honest and wanted a sale. How these people live with themselves is beyond me. My advise is to stay away from this dealership if you don't want to be screwed over. As a matter of fact, I wonder if anyone has contacted the Bureau of Consumer Protection? read more

Test drove a car on Monday went in to sit down to talk about buying the car with Tommy and he pretty much told me I was too upside down in my loan on my current vehicle and that I would have to put down $10,000 to finance the car I was looking at. what he said was true but how he came across was he really didn't wanna spend time with me about talking about selling me the car so I left. I like the car so much I called him back on Tuesday and started the process on buying the vehicle and pretty much had everything done I thought. However they needed a lot of paperwork and proof of income and I do understand that's part of the process however by Wednesday I was told if I do not have another piece of paperwork into them that I would have to put down a deposit because they cannot continue to hold a car for me. Again, I felt as if they did not want to sell the car to me for whatever reason. I was ready to close the sale but after feeling like a person that was being a bother instead of the consumer I chose to take my business elsewhere. After going to another dealership, I drove home the vehicle that I have been looking for the same day. I have been in sales for majority of my life and all I have to say about this is don't judge a book by its cover, because I felt that I was judged, I don't know if it was because I am female or my credit score was not what they thought it should be or my trade-in was not as good as they thought it should be I really don't know will not ever do business with them. I purchased a 2002 hyundai santa fe from 231 auto sales in Lebanon in February of this year. Granted, the vehicle had high mileage (186,000 or so) so I expected to have some problems and minor repairs needed. This was the firs time I had ever bought a vehicle (and I told that to the dealer). The asking price for this car as $6000 (i learned later that this was WAAY more than kelley blue book value) and the dealer agreed to give me a "great deal" of $4500 cash. It was a little much in my mind because I was originally planning on paying $2500 for something that I then would have to put $2000 into. I told the dealer of my fear of having to put money into it and he assured me that that wouldn't happen with this car. Paper work gets signed and everything's hunky dorey for a week. then the problems start. First week, the radiator goes out, then the spark plugs and ignition coils. once I get those things replaced (after two weeks or so) the car starts having lunging problems, turn out its the crankshaft position sensor. then after I save up enough money to get that fixed, I find out that the motor mounts both front and back need to be replaced as well as the Cadillac converter. overall, this dealership has sold me a lemon, and I believe they were aware of this fact when they sold it to me (it was priced high to trick a newbie into thinking they were getting a good deal). I may have been a sucker, but I will do my best to make sure everyone knows what dishonest crooks work at this place. Car was work $2500 at best and because I knew nothing about cars, they took advantage of me. Also, when I called about the issues, the guy told me to take it to THEIR MECHANIC, of course I would have to pay for the repairs, which means they are just selling lemons to people and charging them to fix them. All in all dishonest and crooked people here. My recommendation, STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN. read more

I was looking for a used car for my son and found what I thought was good deal on their "bargain" lot. The car was older and higher mileage but very clean and it appeared to run and drive well during the test drive. Inspecting under the hood, I didn't see any red flags that would indicate an issue. It seemed perfect for a 16 year old's first car so we closed the deal and drove it home. Later that same day, I noticed oil spots on my drive way. I opened the hood and still didn't see anything so I jacked the car up and crawled underneath. That is when my heart sank. There was oil on the back side of the engine block. Not even having had possession of the car for a few hours, I called the salesman, Dustin, and explained what was going on. All I got was "sorry, it was sold as is" and that I could bring it to their shop but the I'd have to pay for any repairs. Now, I realize this was a used, higher mileage car (144,000 miles) and it was sold as is, but I trusted that buying from and established local dealer would give some security in that the car would have been inspected and any major mechanical problems would have been identified and fixed before it was put on the lot for sale. At the very least, I expected any issues that might be present would be disclosed before purchase. Well, I was wrong. Long story short, I was sold a car with a leaking head gasket and I'm stuck with a $1100 repair after paying NADA value for the vehicle. If you do decide to purchase a car from this place, take the time and have it thoroughly inspected by a trust worthy mechanic before putting down the money and signing anything. My mistake was taking the word of a local used car salesman that I was buying a solid vehicle. read more
