With every visit you get a towel and a water bottle for free. The gym is quite small, so there might not be as many classes as in other gyms, but there are also less people, so usually it isn's overcrowded and the people are usually really nice and easy to talk to. The Indigo is literally the only gym I ever liked going to, and that means a lot.

The first time (was also my first time in a Haman place) I went to this place I was very well helped by the staff. I had no clue how it worked. Especially once you are in the Haman part there is a small corner where you can buy some drinks and food. The lady really explained it very well and was so nice with us. The Hamam is divided in 5 - 6 parts (you have to follow a path). And you can end with a massage, for this you have to pay extra off course :) The cool thing about this Hamam is, wenn you are a member of one of the 5 Gyms from Migros in Zurich, you can go for only 5 SFr. Really worth it. If you are in Niederdorf and need some relaxation time, just pass by.

I complained to the front desk and they said they'd relay the experience I had to the manager (German speaking). For anyone going there for service, steer clear of Lino, he clearly had anger issues. It's only because of my encounter with him that I rated this facility a 3-star instead of 5.

There is no standard price, you have to bargain with a "consultant" and everyone is being offered prohibitive prices on never-ending contracts. After intense bargaining, I was offered CHF 120 monthly incl. SPA, and I hear from people around me that people commonly pay much more. It used to be a Private Equity product and it still can be felt in this approach.
