Within ten minutes they told me they could inflate the tires and that my battery level was low. I asked them if they could replace the battery right there and they said of course. It took about half an hour for the battery to get delivered to the shop and for them to replace it! I was out of there in less than an hour. Seriously great service by these guys. He called me to let me know her car had also gone out of inspection, so he took care of that and a few other problems as well--keep in mind, he did ALL of this before ever even asking us for a credit card #, just based on our phone call. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us. Let's face it we all need that service center you can trust. They have never attempted to up sell me on anything and they have never pushed a repair onto me. I've quested their repairs and have never had to go back for adjustment or the work not done correctly the first time. Since using them as a repair center for several repairs and having great dealings - I decided to begin using them as my go to for state inspections as well. As for cost - again I've never had them up sell me on anything and feel the costs that I've paid for repairs have been fair and most likely less then a dealership.
