I was a social drinker and with age and success it became more and more. I realized one day that i did just about everything around alcohol. I started to think how I was effecting the amount of time I would be with my family and what message I was sending to my children on how to cope with life. I was not present, I checked myself in here for the IOP intensive out patient classes that meets 6-9 pm 3 times a week. The meetings helped me not only break my daily cycle but educated me on how to deal with day to day life in a healthy way. The classes in a positive way helped me identify what resentments I had in life and why i was apt to put my head in the sand instead of dealing with things. Jim the owner and lead addiction counselor is a guy who is in this business out of love for his fellow suffering people and to give the gift of sobriety as he was once given. He has been in recover for 35 years. He knows what he is talking about because he has lived the life. I have witnessed and been privileged to be apart of watching people go from homeless to executives and all other ranges in between. If you are tired of chasing your addiction I recommend you do what i did and surrender and educate yourself so you can hurry up and get happy. Start living a life of peace as I do. There have a big cafeteria and a few exercise rooms and a pool that patients can use. My father in law came here for rehabbing his legs and they took such great care of him. The staff members are all very nice and very attentive. It's not like some other place that have one nurse to 15 rooms, they are spread out more so that you're not having to wait forever if the patient needs something. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing a quality care rehab facility.

I was taken to this facility by ambulance very late on 22 Sep 25 after falling in my home almost 24…read morehours earlier. When thery found out I hadn't eaten for 2 days they had a tray sent. As a result of the fall I had broken my sacrum which was very painful. I wa treated with kindness by all, from the top right down to the lovely lady who cleaned my room. The trerapists, Physical, Occupational and Speech were all excellent, kind and compassionate. In many hospital stays over my 88 years i have never had such excellent food. Three meals a day over the two weeks I was there were each delicious. I highly recommend and thank Encompass Health Rehab.

They take the time to explain the science and really dig in to what the disease of addiction is and how it works in your mind and body. They also teach tools and give emotional support to navigate through challenging times in healthy ways. The program is a lot of work if you give it your all, but it is well worth it and the most rewarding thing you will do for yourself and everyone in your life. Once the program is done there are alumni sessions you are able to attend each week and the counselors provide information with regards to different after care support resources. My counselor called me regularly to check in during the program and has also continued to check in since I completed it. I am 6 months sober (today actually) and I am doing far better than I expected to be when I started the program. This is thanks to support from not only PRC staff, but also family and friends I have met along my journey. Thank you PRC - The Woodlands!

They show you how great the room looks like. and then when you get in, you will find out that is absolutely the worst of the worst .My brother went into the room and he stayed there .less than a week .I was horrified we had room with 2 beds. The gentleman next to him he couldn't hear so the Tv blast all Day all Night . Let me tell you about what I did see my brother try to get up to use the bathroom after he ring for them more things 2 hours he failed of the bed he stay on the floor and the gentleman next to him calling and screaming.with no answer. He had Number 2 and he stay in it from one in the morning to when I gut there at 8.30 .they don't shower him one week we was there no shower . Also he need it to use Number one he use the bag. His Bag was full .so in front of me she empty the bag in the sink .the place is filthy dirty. I had to call Medicare and tell them . that's when I lost it .i find Board Manor at creekside I do not remember her Name sweet black woman at the administration was so helpful and we move my brother. I could not believe .that I saw that they took number one in rehab in the woodlands the sign on top of the door when you come in I don't know who's getting paid .to put this as number one .this place need to be investigate.please do not believe the picture they show this what I post .we gut this at Creekside Rehab and it was the same price cover under his insurance

She came to your facility feeling very down, discouraged, and defeated. It has been a lot for her to have dealt with what she has over the last six or seven years, but just in this short time frame with Encompass-Pearland, she is now able to transfer back and forth to/from her wheelchair, do the multi-sensory activities required, and she has even stood up several times!!! WHAT?!?! Amazing! Her demeanor and outlook has changed drastically, as I can sense her newfound excitement in regards to all the great things her future holds. Your entire facility/equipment, doctors, nurses, medical assistants, physical and occupational therapists, nutritionists, all administrative staff, patient advocates/case managers, and any other faculty or staff that I may be missing, are TOP NOTCH! They each do their jobs, but they do them with such joy and kindness, it's almost like they feel honored to be able to do something for you. Anyhow, I can't say enough great things about this place! If you are looking for a rehabilitation facility to place your loved one for treatment, trust me when I say...you have found the right place! I felt rushed, as if on an assembly line, and the adjustment was unsatisfactory. Although a simple adjustment is a covered service with my insurance carrier, with a $0 copay, the receptionist and office manager refused to bill for the service and demanded I pay the full charge, $50.00 (This was after I declined to schedule multiple other services.) I paid the $50.00 charge and left. I reached out to my insurance carrier for reimbursement assistance and they advised charging me was a breach of the provider's contract and the carrier attempted to reach out to the provider to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, they were met with hostility and defensiveness from the office manager, along with a flat refusal to reimburse for the service. I won't return to this provider, ever.

My daughter has been seeing Faith and Dr. Marshall for a few months now. We went in after a sports…read moreinjury and during her initial X-rays found out she had very mild scoliosis as well as a misaligned hip and shoulder. While they couldn't do much for the sports injury (required surgical repair), they have been helping her with the other issues. She has experienced better sleep and improved posture, so far. We are going into the once a month phase of her treatment and are hopeful it continues to help her. We have had an amazing experience so far and highly recommend this amazing team of healthcare professionals.
