Right away, they told me that the company i was returning to uses a QR code, and that I would have the code on my phone from initiating the return. Then they waited patiently and calmly while I searched my phone for the email from the company. As if taking the initiative with their suggestion was not great enough, they also explained that the QR code let them print out the label, and which they did, and then they taped it to the box for me. My stressful day was turned around by the excellent customer service at Adfactor, and I am so grateful for their consistently efficient and kind service. I cannot thank them enough.
