I had a horrible experience, kind of lengthy, but I want to warn others before coming. Ronaldo's dog got out of his area and was barking at me within 1 ft. I was honestly very scared the dog was going to bite me! I had to turn around to calm myself and wait for Ronaldo to remove his dog. Ronaldo was not even apologetic about it, as if it never happened or no big deal! After Ronaldo put his dog away, I continued to look for balloons. I asked if he had more white balloons, he said no. There was only two white balloons and one looked ugly, all stretched out. No big deal, I just chose different colors. When I brought him the balloons that I wanted, he said I can get the two white balloons that they are still good. I told him that I was fine, I chose different colors. Ronaldo continued to say that the white balloons are still good, as if he wanted to argue. I didn't understand why he didn't just let it go, I just said that I didn't like them and I didn't want them. He rolled his eyes, then asked me if I wanted the balloons for tomorrow. I was so confused! I told him that I wanted the balloons for right now. Ronaldo looked frustrated and repeated the same question. I again did not understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow. So I even said, "what do you mean? I want the balloons for now". Ronaldo said under his breath "oh my god", as if I was dumb and didn't understand. Damn right I didn't understand why someone would ask me if I want the balloons for tomorrow when I said multiple times that I want the balloons for now. So, I stopped him before he continued, and said, "you know what, you can stop, your service has been bad this entire time" and I left to Safeway and got better service by a lady who has joyful! The thing is, I didn't have to stay after the dog incident! I was patient enough even after being scared and Ronaldo did not apologize for his dog's behavior. Yet, I still stayed to support local and small business, and I was in a little rush to get to my mother's celebration. Customer's should not have to endure stressful environments when shopping or be attacked by dogs! I would not recommend anyone to come here and go else where!

Our goal was to order decorations that would be fun and look amazing, while being simple and easy to execute. Well we got all of that and more with Lisa from Paradise Sweets. The giant balloon arch was the star of the show. Hundreds of balloons caught our guest attention as they walked through the door. Then the giant balloons that were hanging high off the ceilings really blew people away. She made a giant picture frame "Photobooth" with my sons name in balloons on the top, which was a huge hit for the party (without being a huge $1000 photo booth rental hit). To finish it off, she made these great centerpieces for all the tables that really took it over the top. I regret to share a very disappointing experience with Boho Loko Studios. Despite high…read moreexpectations, the service fell short on multiple fronts. From the beginning, communication was challenging. Sai who I believe was the owner (?) was unresponsive, requiring multiple prompts to send designs and respond to questions. This lack of responsiveness continued throughout the planning process. On the day of our event, the team set up the decorations and left before anyone from our party arrived. They did not wait until the agreed-upon time, and when we arrived, the entire backdrop had fallen over. There were insufficient reinforcements, and when we tried to put it back up, the arrangement was completely messed up. Tablecloths had flown halfway off the tables, and centerpieces and parts of the backdrop kept falling over. When we requested they come back to fix the setup, they refused, citing other commitments. Instead, they sent us "tips" on how to fix it - things they should have done before leaving (!), which was absurd since nothing was staying up and their set up was entirely fallen over. Their response was completely unprofessional and inadequate for the situation. When they returned to clean up, we raised the issue and asked for some form of reimbursement. Their response was frustrating and dismissive. They said it was "impossible" and showed no intention of helping remedy the situation. They repeatedly said they "couldn't control the wind" and that they had spent 2.5 hours setting up. While we understand they can't control the weather, it is their responsibility to prepare for such conditions or at least be available to address any issues that arise. And as for setting up - that is what we paid them for! Additionally, their follow-up was poor. Despite providing event details months in advance, they repeatedly asked for information I had already given, such as the event address and time - which made it all the more frustrating that they for some reason couldn't figure out how to make someone from their team stay till we got to the location at minimum - but it feels like a baseline expectation to have someone from the decorator team available in case of any issues. Given the premium price we paid - which was definitely much higher than other places I had reached out to for quotes, we expected a much higher quality of service and better treatment. Unfortunately, Boho Loko Studios did not meet these expectations whatsoever. I would strongly advise against using their services - pretty bad customer service / etiquette in my opinion.
