From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family--supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing--kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF's holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people--not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

Highly individualized and Empathetic Care: The entire experience felt highly individualized. Dr. Polansky is refreshing and honest--he doesn't sugarcoat anything, but he delivers information with immense empathy and has excellent bedside manner. He truly cares. 3. We transported our embryos from another fertility clinic, and the difference was truly night and day. I thought my previous clinic was good until I came to RMA. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and organization was on a completely different level. Dr. Kort genuinely cares. He took the time to review my history thoroughly and suggested a couple of key procedures that ultimately made all the difference. He focused on getting my uterus into the best possible shape to receive the embryo, something that gave me confidence I hadn't felt before. Even then, I wasn't sure it would work, but our very first transfer at RMA took. The care team is exceptional. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was absolutely wonderful and always responded to my questions right away, which brought so much reassurance during such an emotional process. I even had the chance to see Dr. Kort for several ultrasounds, and he was incredibly responsive through the Spruce app. He even FaceTimed me personally. I never once felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was feeling anxious about my HCG levels rising, I asked to come in for a third beta test, and they immediately accommodated me. That flexibility and compassion meant more than I can put into words. My appointment wait times were consistently under 10 minutes, which only added to the overall sense of calm and trust. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and the end result, look no further. This team is invested, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their patients' success. One thing I noted also was that he had actually gone over all my results, reports the day before and was very quick with figuring out the cycle dates I ovulated etc (I dont know how he did that all in his head so quickly! But often when I talked to other fertility doctors, they would fumble and just ask me instead of I knew the cycle date I ovulated, the last day of the cycle etc..) It gave me a lot of confidence that he wasn't missing important information, and I didnt feel worried that I have to be the proactive one here, versus the doctor. He had even read up on notes from my gyn from 6 years ago (my gyn never gave me that confidence) Also, he wasnt rushing to do more procedures on me just for the sake of doing them (which was the feel I got from the more business-like fertility clinics ), and I also didnt have to go through a nurse to get to talk to him directly. He spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions (and I had so many!). I felt very positive after talking to him, and felt that he was actually on my side. I can tell he's a really good person. Very highly recommend him. NS

After 2+ years struggling with infertility due to PCOS and endometriosis, over 30 doctor's…read moreappointments, a year of medicated cycles... WE ARE PREGNANT. And it's all thanks to an endometriosis excision surgery by Dr. Camran Nezhat. After being told by my IVF doctor that we had a 5% chance of conceiving naturally, we conceived naturally in our own home just THREE months after my surgery. I myself am a physician assistant & wanted to provide a medical professional's perspective. This review will be long but comprehensive & I hope you will take the time to read it. If you've struggled with infertility, you are familiar with the grueling process. I spent over a year being pushed off by REI doctors in my hometown & at UCSF. When I was failing to get pregnant with medicated cycles, I was told the best option was to progress to IUI/IVF. When I asked about endometriosis and described my symptoms of painful periods and dyspareunia (pain with sex), I was told I most likely did not have it. Even the experts at UCSF said that if I did have endo, the "evidence-based" treatment of choice for infertility due to endometriosis is IVF, and that there would be little benefit from surgery. This is when I began researching endometriosis surgeons and the implications of endometriosis and infertility. I spent hours, days, weeks scouring the internet. I considered traveling out of state &out of the country to find the best. In the end, it was Dr. Nezhat who I found to be the most experienced&impressive. I won't lie to you, the claims on Dr. Nezhat's website & the reviews on the internet seemed almost too good to be true, and I was hesitant and nervous for my appointment. I have never been more thankful to be wrong for my anxieties. His office is bright, open, and filled with pop music, most notably Taylor Swift. Cards & photos of miracle babies he has helped women to conceive litter the walls, no exaggeration numbering in the 100s-1000s. There are stacks of medical literature, including textbooks published by Dr. Nezhat himself - all of which supporting the evidence-based work he does for patients with endometriosis. By the time I stepped into Nezhat's office, I had already been to several different specialists and honestly felt like a number at those offices. By contrast, from the moment we stepped in, my husband and I felt as though we were treated like family. We were greeted by the kindest, most encouraging young women from all different backgrounds. None kinder and more empathetic than Dr. Nezhat's PA, Lindsey Chuang. She has fielded many an email & made many an extra phone call for me, & I've been so grateful. I believe Dr. Nezhat's entire staff understand they are working in a vulnerable area of medicine and are sensitive to that. My impression of surgeons is similar to IVF doctors, they will offer the solution they are trained to provide - surgery. To my surprise and comfort, Dr. Nezhat did not immediately say he could help us & made it clear that it was a real possibility that he would not operate unless he truly believed I had endometriosis. Only after a thorough assessment, including imaging and a physical exam did he clinically diagnose me with endometriosis & recommend surgery. We discussed the innovative techniques he uses for surgery, including the tools he uses for excision and ovarian drilling which is used to restore normal ovulation in PCOS. He was so kind and empathetic. He made it clear we could keep him in the room as long as we wanted until all of our questions were answered. I was most struck by his degree of humility given all he has accomplished. In my experience as a PA, even ordinary surgeons are not so empathetic and humble. I felt very safe in his hands on the day of my surgery, even safer that my friend Lindsey Chuang the PA was there. They are truly a very caring team and as far as patient experience, I was very impressed. Again, as a PA myself, and as a patient at multiple fertility clinics - I am sadly not accustomed to this level of genuine care. Dr. Nezhat called me the day after surgery, saw me two days later and then again 8 weeks later for post op. He takes so much time for his patients. He left me with the encouragement that our "prognosis is excellent," and that we could achieve pregnancy on our own, despite what everyone else said. I tried to believe him at that final appointment, but as many who struggle with infertility know - it can be hard to keep the faith. Well. To my shock. I had no idea that at that very final post op appointment while Nezhat was encouraging us, our baby was actually actively implanting in my uterus. What I believed to be impossible, happened naturally. When I emailed to share our news, I immediately received a phone call & tons of advice from Lindsey & Dr. Nezhat. I could write pages, how do you thank someone for giving you the opportunity to start a family? There aren't words. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you forever to the entire Nezhat team.

I felt devastated and overwhelmed. I wasn't emotionally ready for IVF and couldn't stop thinking about the physical and emotional toll it might take on me. Around that time, I found Dr. Yao while searching for fertility support on Yelp. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Yao took a holistic and deeply personalized approach. She ordered comprehensive lab tests--not just focused on fertility, but on my entire body's well-being. She helped me understand that fertility is not isolated; it's part of a complex, interconnected system. Through her care, I discovered that in addition to POI, I also had insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances. Dr. Yao addressed each of these issues with a customized treatment plan, one step at a time. After every visit, she would give me clear, practical, and actionable steps to improve both my fertility and my overall health. Over the course of six months, we closely monitored my hormones and lab markers while I worked on building a healthier lifestyle. And then--I got pregnant naturally. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Yao has continued to support me with regular check-ins, lab monitoring, supplements, and medications as needed. Her advice is always backed by the latest research, and her knowledge is incredibly up-to-date. I've felt confident and reassured every step of the way, knowing I'm receiving the best possible care for my unique situation. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, root-cause solutions to infertility or any women's health issues--not just band-aid treatments. She is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. Thank you, Dr. Yao!

Basically, I was diagnosed with "unexplained infertility" and the previous doctor never caught a very low LH surge and we ended up with zero normal embryos. My heart was literally broken when I began my journey at CCRM. Dr. Jun immediately took charge of our case, she ordered extensive testing and referred me out to an excision laparoscopic surgeon (Dr. Camran Nezhat, he is incredible also). My previous doctor wouldn't even discuss referring me out, he didn't think it would make a difference in my treatment. In the initial testing we found out that I had several issues, including genetically high cholesterol. This find alone may have saved my life. The excision surgeon found stage 3 endometriosis, fibroids, a cyst and a small septum. In so many ways I was validated and FINALLY had some answers. We decided to give it some time, hoping to get pregnant naturally. After about a year we decided we were ready to pursue IVF with Dr. Jun at CCRM. Every single visit was structured and fast. The staff's attention to detail is absolutely next level, they do not miss ANYTHING. I received regular blood work during my stimulation cycle and had meds adjusted accordingly. On the day of my egg retrieval I had Dr. Tazuke, she came into the room and talked with me and even hugged me when I cried and told her I was so nervous. She was so kind to me and we had literally never met prior to that day. We ended up with FOUR healthy embryos. 100% of our embryos ended up being healthy. In addition to that, I am now almost 9 weeks pregnant from our first transfer. My nurse Ellie has held my hand throughout this entire process and has been emotionally supportive and has never dropped the ball, not even one time. Communication with the office was always excellent. I cannot say thank you enough. You guys have changed my life and helped give me the gift of motherhood. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

They operate expertly as if they've seen a million patients and yet I still feel that my care was personalized and thorough. Dr. Vaughn took time to answer all my questions during our video consult and I've received excellent customer service from her team even in this remote environment. From the time I found them here on Yelp and booked a consult on their website, they've responded with lightening speed and have always been clear on next steps (there are a ton of steps in egg freezing)! They've also taken frequent measures to check in with me as an added precaution to COVID. Their website is also comprehensive and easy-to-navigate; I'd suggest perusing it and preparing with a list of questions before your video consult. The only room for improvement is around the way they've communicated pricing, mainly the $450 for the initial consult. I took advantage of that awesome free initial consult promotion they had in April 2020, which actually meant that just the video doctor consult was free (the in-person clinic ultrasound was still $225). In addition, another $200 was due for lab preconception blood work, but this is only required if you want to proceed with egg freezing (does not have to be done as part of the initial consult). This $200 is not a part of the main treatment - it's on top of the egg freezing cycle and storage costs outlined on their website. I'd highly recommend going with Spring; what would normally be a scary, confusing, and complicated process is made 1000x easier with the Spring team. I love how they've got 4 locations in the (mainly peninsula and north) Bay Area! The Mountain View office is closed at the moment (due to Shelter-in-Place), so those in the south Bay would have a bit of a drive, but I'd say it's totally worth it.

Dr. Tran is so incredibly knowledgeable and explains the process in the most digestible and thorough way. The staff is also incredible.
