His greed shows through time and time again it even caused him to personally call me before surgery asking to postpone by a month with intentional deception to have surgery at his facility. Do not fall for that. He attempted to manipulate me during the call by using scare tactics such as mentioning how terrible Stanford facility supposedly are, how poorly they take care of their patients and I would not receive quality care that was needed. Also in his opinion their robotic surgery was not up to par and last but not least he mentioned how he felt much more comfortable with surgery at his facility and felt he would do a better job (in what world is that okay?) He absolutely brought me to tears as he spoke so poorly and aggressively at me while I am currently recovering in a hospital bed right after surgery. As I was crying he became louder and more aggressive which was a little scary honestly. Sometimes, we have asked about them, and then the herbs aren't ready when I come out. She doesn't offer me cupping anymore, even though in the past that's been really helpful at other places. I'm thinking about not going back. I feel like she's not sure what to do with my health problems. I'm not getting better. I feel relaxed when I leave her office and always have a nice little nap on the table, but overall, my symptoms aren't improving. Other acupuncturists I went to would get me in and help me out if I had a migraine, but she doesn't offer this. It takes awhile to get ahold of her if call in. Mostly, you have to book when you are there.
