Don't even bother setting an appointment. You'll still be waiting 1hr+ to see a doctor for 10 mins.

I called them on Tuesday evening at 3:30 and asked them what time they closed and stopped accepting walk ins, the woman on the phone told me that they close at 5 and that would still accept me if I come before then. I arrived at 4:00 and the girl in the medium length light brown hair said that I can not be seen by the doctor even when I told her someone said I could. After a few moments of arguing back and fourth she told me "Can you wait? It's about a 2 hour wait." I then signed in and waited. But really who really has two hours to wait? Now I'm here again the next day (today) writing a review at 4:05 when my appointment is at 3:30. I asked an employee if she has an estimated wait time and she said no and told me that there was two patients ahead of me.. Okay. And now there are two separate families that came in and both said their appointment was at 4. I'm so confused about their system.. You guys double book your patients? When I arrived for my appointment there was a wait. Did the staff intended to book 5 patients for 3:30 or were the people walk ins and they just place them before me? Needless to say I am highly disappointed about this place. The reason why I'm still coming is because of doctor Huy Le. He is good at his job and cares about his patients. Just a note: This place is no longer called CHU BA HOC but it is now called TLC clinic. And their exams used to be $25 dollars for non insurance patients now it is $45.. Hope this review will influence the place to better themselves.

My first neurologist was all about their glory. Dr. Goldstein has climbed in my boat and helped me row. He works well with me! He respects me as a person and listens to my ideas. He wants his patients to take responsibility for their health. We have frank discussions. He tells me what I need to hear - nicely. :-) I am able to come with my ideas and he tells me what works and why or what does not work and why. I have been helped more with my CIDP by him than with any other doctor. Thank you Dr. Goldstein.

After waiting for over an hour, my mother and her caregiver were taken to what appeared to be a storage room with two large refrigerators instead of a proper exam room. We then waited again before being seen--not by the neurologist, but by a physician assistant. What concerned me most was that there was no meaningful cognitive or neurological evaluation. Previous appointments included assessments of my mother's memory and neurological function, but none of that occurred during this visit. For a patient with Alzheimer's, monitoring cognitive changes is a fundamental part of ongoing care. When I called afterward to request that my mother be seen by the neurologist, I was told we would have to pay for another office visit. My mother's care was rushed and our concerns were not taken seriously. I cannot recommend.
