Don't f waste your time...they stole 85 from me! They could have told me I needed to go to ER for my heart pain vs them telling me he might send me to get an exray but then turns around listen to my issue and then just say he thinks I should go to ER ..nothing done but put a wrist blood pressure monitor on? I mean, if you're just trying to get an excuse for school or some anabiotic's, I would definitely recommend this place... You'll be in and out within 10 minutes... However, the exam is not very thorough and he doesn't listen to anything you have to say... So if it's an emergency, definitely go to the ER lol... CAN'T BE TRUSTED... First two visits were just fine; paid $48. This time, they hit me with $87. My insurance is says $40/$50. It wasn't until after I asked to speak someone in charge and had left , the same "apathetic wall" of a lady at the front desk calls be back changing her mind saying it's $40. Rather go to a cash only doctor that I know I can trust for $150, than to a place that's going to double dip from me and the insurance company, and want to rack up whatever other made up charges. read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is so bad that our neighborhood has debated picketing outside. We all have horror stories to tell. The doctors office manager( his wife) is unbelievably rude. She told me that I had a copay because my insurance had changed its rules. I called insurance and they called her while I was on hold. She came out of her office and said to me loudly" Did you call them??!!" I said yes. She yelled "Don't EVER do that again!!" I was speechless! I had every right to call them! (There was NO copay change- rip off attempt). Other neighbors have had similar experiences. The doctor is forgetful, doesn't ask important questions, and is obviously afraid of her. Go somewhere else. This place is a tragedy waiting to happen. Reported to Texas medical board. read more

Wished I would have read these reviews before I went there. I would give a zero if I could! Dr. Abrahim didn't seem to listen to me. He appeared rushed. Front desk staff were not friendly. Place appeared dirty. I was sent across the street to a cancer center for a chest X-ray & after nearly a week, and me calling multiple times, the staff at Beamer Urgent Care asked me for the phone number for the SE Treatment center. Really?!? Why the doctor sent me to a cancer treatment facility for a chest X-Ray is beyond me!?! Anyways, it's now been nearly a week, I'm still sick & still have no answers (including the result of my chest X-Ray). Very incompetent people! It was a waste of my time & money. I wanted to let people know about this place, the Doctor and staff are horrible here! Once you go to the desk you see 2 ladies one with a sour face they don't ask you If you need help, later this doctor was the primary doctor for my parents and they quick to charge you$35 for the visit, I had to say something to them, why do they had to pay? They said they needed to make an appointment first which at first they said i didn't had to, the Doctor was in a rush, my parents had questions for him he said he just wanted to know the most important thing they were there for, he even rolled his eyes, very unprofessional! I immediately called the insurance and switched them to another doctor! I would never go there again! read more

All was going well until the actual doctor gave the wrong injection to my child. I took my son for an ear infection, after checking him, he asked us if we wanted my child to have the flu shot, HPV or tetanus and We told him that we only wanted the flu shot since he has already had the HPV and I'd take him to his regular doctor for anything else. The doctor left the room and returned with a syringe and gave my son the shot and then said he needed to return for second dose. I then questioned him if he had given my son the flu shot or covid shot because I was not aware that flu shot needed a second dose after a few months, he then said it was not the covid shot, that they didn't give that shot there, that it was the HPV. I then reminded him that we had already told him that it was already given to him. The doctor then said that booster shots of it was recommended and he could give him the flu shot as well. I of course did not allow any more injections to be given since he made that mistake. read more

DO not go here I went in for a foot injury they refused to bring a wheelchair out to the car I then had to be carried into the facility and then they couldn't give me an estimated time of when I would be seen and there was no one even there and then they were very rude to me at the front desk. read more

Very rude office manager has no sense of customer service and is clearly in the business just for the money.

Second time coming here and forgot how bad the first time I came was. Always rushed, the doctor doesn't listen and ask you questions THEN talks over you. And when leaving they don't say anything, they're just like ok your done after 3 mins of standing there at the desk to checkout. Each time I've brought my baby hear the doc halfass examined her. Don't go here for any urgent issue.. go somewhere else. This is a "bandaid" doctor. The lady at the front desk (the doctors wife) has horrible customer service skills and is very unprofessional. If she doesn't agree with the doctor she lets it be known, will lie and tell you that the doctor didn't say that, even though she wasn't in the room. She also broke Hippa Violations twice while I was there. Find another PCP to go to or go to Memorial Hermann across the street for more urgent matters. read more
