One of the worst customers service ever. Why would you book an appointments then have to wait over an hour past your appointment. Unless you have all day to wait. I would consider a new Dr office. I remember now why I stop coming here. read more

Please save yourself some time and reconsider another clinic. I've been going here since I was 2. The staff over the years has changed a lot. I called them on Tuesday evening at 3:30 and asked them what time they closed and stopped accepting walk ins, the woman on the phone told me that they close at 5 and that would still accept me if I come before then. I arrived at 4:00 and the girl in the medium length light brown hair said that I can not be seen by the doctor even when I told her someone said I could. After a few moments of arguing back and fourth she told me "Can you wait? It's about a 2 hour wait." I then signed in and waited. But really who really has two hours to wait? Now I'm here again the next day (today) writing a review at 4:05 when my appointment is at 3:30. I asked an employee if she has an estimated wait time and she said no and told me that there was two patients ahead of me.. Okay. And now there are two separate families that came in and both said their appointment was at 4. I'm so confused about their system.. You guys double book your patients? When I arrived for my appointment there was a wait. Did the staff intended to book 5 patients for 3:30 or were the people walk ins and they just place them before me? Needless to say I am highly disappointed about this place. The reason why I'm still coming is because of doctor Huy Le. He is good at his job and cares about his patients. Just a note: This place is no longer called CHU BA HOC but it is now called TLC clinic. And their exams used to be $25 dollars for non insurance patients now it is $45.. The people working at the desk are the absolute worst. I've seen elderly Asian couple come in and complain too about how they over book people and tell them to wait a few minutes and it ends up being hours. Because they're old, they didn't have time to wait so they had to reschedule and come back the next day. They yelled at the people at the front in front of everyone and I felt bad for the couple. This review is for them. We went here way back when it was called Chu Ba Hoc and the only receptionist then was great. I think she only does shots/takes blood now. When you make an appointment, be ready to wait hours past your time. They call to tell you that the results are ready and won't tell you over the phone. They insist on telling you to make an appointment, wait, and let the doctor talk to you for 5 minutes about your results before charging you ($10 in my case) all to talk to the doctor. I could've just looked up the results myself for free. With that being said, I feel like Dr. Le is decent. He's nice and is a great person. The only problem I have is with the receptionist team they have at the front. read more

I read all the reviews and have to agree with everyone. The staff is very rude and seems incompetent sometimes. They do overbook. I've had to wait two hours with an appointment!! I took my daughter in this morning right when they opened without an appointment ....she was dizzy, nauseous, and vomiting... I knew we would have to wait but after awhile we just left. She was getting worse but they wouldn't see her. They don't see a priority in seeing sick kids. Dr Le is great. I just wish he had a better front staff. read more

This place is horrible. Point blank . No point of making an appointment as they are very slow. You wait at least an hour. Save yourself time and find a better clinic to go to. Staff is horrible and rude. read more

I have been coming to this clinic since I was in elementary school and the staff has changed dramatically, for the worse. This morning I made an appointment for an allergy test at 12:50 in the afternoon and was told that Dr. Huy Le, the new main doctor of the clinic, may or may not be able to do it. I was only told that I should come in to talk to him about it first. Already, I'm frustrated because there is a possibility that I would be wasting my time coming in. How hard is it to find out if the doctor you're working for offers allergy testing? When I get to the clinic, the receptionist forgets about why I'm there in the first place until I explain my situation thoroughly; for the allergy test and the instructions I was given upon booking my appointment. Then, I wait 30 minutes to get my blood pressure and weight checked. After that, I'm redirected to an exam room where I wait another 30 minutes for Dr. Le to come. While I was waiting, I became impatient and just decided to look up a nearby allergist who can definitely help me. I ended up making an appointment at 2:30 elsewhere and I leave the clinic. On my way out I tell Dr. Le about it, he was nice and polite about me leaving and told the reception staff that it was okay to just let me go without charging me. When I get to the allergists office, I'm told I need a referral from my doctor for my insurance to cover the allergy test. The woman at the reception tried to call Dr. Le's office to get it sorted. I'm then told she was declined by the receptionist at Dr. Le's office to get a referral, the receptionists name is Vicky. I then tried to personally call the office and talk to Vicky. She came off very rude and proceeded to yell at me for bailing on my appointment. She went on about how I have to come in again to talk to Dr. Le in person to get the referral. I tried to remind her that Dr. Le told the staff that it was okay for me to leave without compensation. Without fail she continued to yell at me, in broken English, about not checking out with her directly. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand coming in again for the referral, even though it would be a pain, but being so rude to a patient is unacceptable. Almost forgot to mention; she hung up on me after I told her that I understand. Although I appreciate Dr. Huy Le's competence and friendliness, I absolutely dread coming to this clinic because of the reception staff. I've never waited less than one hour to see Dr. Le and I've even waited two and half hours before. TL;DR If you want to deal with long wait times and rude reception for a decent doctor, you've found the right place! P.S. Yes, they have raised their prices. read more

My husband comes to this doctors office, his doctor is great...but the office staff is the worst...they need a new office staff with better customer service. They had a new employee with great customer service, they didn't last long because of the office staff...they run that office they way they want to run it. They are very, very rude and will argue with the patients ...and if or when the doctor put in orders for the patient the office staff will put it to the side and and forget about it...meanwhile the patient is waiting. It could and should have been done sooner but my husband had waited for over two weeks because of them...he called and they argued with with him saying they never got any orders. They just don't care about you. Now if your Asian, they will take very good care of you...you will get the best service they provide. If you can avoid this place...the office staff just might be the death of you. read more

I called and made an appointment at 11:30 and the lady said she put me down. Once i got to the office they tell me I didn't make an appointment, and refused to take me in. I believe they renamed this place as TLC clinic but they have a HUGE issue of overbooking. You wait an hour in the waiting room and 30 minutes waiting for the doctor even though you had an appointment prior. The reception staff are rude and have had this issue for as long as I've recognized it. I've been here the past 5 years! Only reason why I still come here is because my parents prefer a Vietnamese doctor and because of Dr. Lee!! He is very kind and knows what he's doing!
