His assistant Sherri, is friendly and helpful and the rest of the staff (Mark at the front desk) are courteous and polite. Appointments are generally close to the scheduled time and I never had to wait long. If an appt for Dr. Hennessey is not available, there are several other doctors and a few nurse practitioners, in the practice that you can schedule an appointment and not have to wait weeks. She never responded to my requests for information and STAT diagnostic tests needed. I had to go to her office and get another doctor to elevate a standard biopsy order to a STAT so I didn't have to wait for 1 month for the test. Once I received the test results of a positive for cancer, she spent less than 3 minutes on the phone with me, giving no real information except that I had breast cancer. When after my initiatives and calls to get appointments at a different Sutter facility I spoke with my nurse navigator, she was SHOCKED that I didn't know what type of cancer I had (which Carmen had in front of her), and at least some sort of overview of what treatments would be. She was uncaring, unconcerned, and totally not empathetic about telling me my life had just changed forever. She did nothing. I have since moved to a wonderful primary doctor in Davis -- who listens, cares, and works with me in a timely manner to solve my health issues. If you want a doctor just for small issues, Carmen may be ok. But if that escalates into anything more serious issue, please, don't rely on this doctor. She is terrible.

Each visit after initial is a quick in and out. Check in, wait for about a couple minutes in the waiting area, takes you to a room to get situated with option of massage chair or heating pad to relax muscles prior to adjustment and 5 minutes later he appears and adjusting everything, all the right places! Feel really good right after, muscles more relaxed and loose/limber. My husband recommended him and he's pretty picky and looks forward to his visits. He himself says that after the first visit alone his lower right side feels so much better.

The Dr. Is a nice guy but nice don't always get it done. My earache ended up infection and my back has blown out discs. He ignored all of it. This is why I don't trust Dr. And the healthcare system is broken. Don't bother with this place. It costs more than it worth in the long run.

He took care of my diabetes initially then he was not able because insurance policy he referred me with an Ok Dr. that never respond to my requests like Dr. Chua. His office well organized and always had nice treat with respect. Sally used to work with him and she was always very busy but responded to my questions. I really recommend Dr. Chua. I moved to Arizona and unfortunately I have NOT find a Dr. Here in AZ as good as Dr. Chua. Thank you Dr. Chua for all those good 10 years of good care of my health.
