She was pounding on the package she was holding while I was at the counter and insisted I had to wait to be called, even though there were no other customers in line. I have been a customer at the Military Road location for 2 years. I opened a savings account to…read moretransfer money around from one type of investment to another. First of all, they held my money for 10 days,when the money was coming from a major institution, which cost me money. Then they released money without authorization from an account that didn't have the balance to support the transaction, because the prior auth had been revoked. They never verified that the electronically signed auth was in fact generated by me. Then, I could not flag the transaction, because they don't have flags for ACH or EFT transfers. Could not reach security or the branch which didn't open until 9 am. Literally, I might as well have my money under the mattress, it would be safer. In short, I can't get to my money but somebody else can, without any way to alert anyone to the fraud.
