I had to get my life in order before my honeymoon. I unfortunately let my global entry expire and while I was waiting to get approval I opted to apply for TSA recheck so at a minimum my husband and I didn't have to wait in the routine security line. I did my application online and had to come her to finalize the process and have my picture taken. It was fairly easy to find. It's a little rough when you do find it it but it's not terrible. Once I was inside, I had to sign and provide my identification. I was guided to a waiting area that is comprised of folding banquet chairs. Not the most comfy setup, but I wasn't there long when I was called. The whole process was less than 10 minutes from beginning to end, and I was out of there. I definitely recommend this location. Giving this 2 stars only because the people are very nice. I had an appointment in West Seneca the day before and found a sheet of paper on the door saying they were closed, but this location still had to take me as a walk-in. Had they said online that their new place was taking appointments for the following day, I would have just made it here. I heard terrible things about the old place, but I'm guessing this one may be worse and makes me wonder if government contracts really pay that poorly. It's on some little dead end industrial street off of Kensington. I don't know if this is how they plan on keeping the place or if it is just that they had no time to get it together, but what a mess. There's no actual waiting room, so they just have a collection of dirty chairs pulled in from wherever in the offices for people to sit. The very nice lady next to me was sharing hers with a rolled up poster no one had put up yet. Lmao The floors look newer, but no one bothered to clean around the edges of the rooms, so the grime built up in the corners is simply gross. It was 11 degrees outside, so the tiny fake fireplace was simply not cutting it. The staff were doing their best with all the people who showed up with and without appointments, but this place left me feeling like dealing with the lines for regular TSA may just be worth it. read more

Ok... Identogo Identity services, is not located in a very swanky area. I actually thought I was driving into a repo compound. There's a few disabled cars in the lot due, to the other surrounding businesses. But once inside the customer service was really good. Now there's nothing fancy with anything inside either. But Identogo gets the job done, and for a walk-in. I was taken care of within 35mins. read more

Just terrible. Scheduled a 3pm appointment and at this moment it is 4pm and I am still waiting to be seen. In the time I've been waiting I've seen them call maybe 3 people for their appointments. On top of that, the location is very difficult to find and not marked well. Many people have left after waiting for over an hour. read more
