    Cody!

I recently got my second dog from here, and I couldn't be happier. Yes the employees and volunteers were a bit brisk and abrasive, but they have to deal with all sorts of morons who aren't actually prepared to own a pet. You need appointments to see any of the animals, but I stoped in to talk to them, told them exactly what I wanted (large, energetic, playful) and they IMMEDIATELY had a dog come to mind. They had an open appointment for a couple hours later that same day and had me bring my current dog in with me when I came back so the two could meet. I fell in love with Cody (then still named Mr. Beans) instantly and he and Logan got along amazingly. It was very obvious that the staff loved Cody and were so happy he had found a home. I had to wait a week to take him home with me until he could get neutered, but it was worth the wait. There was clear communication about when I could take Cody home, what meds he'll need to recover, and the fact that he was mine and wouldn't be adopted by anyone else while he was waiting for surgery. On a different note, I have just recently stopped in to ask them about feral cat care and possible spay/neuter/release clinics. They not only answered every question I had, but also had a pamphlet on the subject and gave me a few different numbers to call. I have no idea what any of the other reviews are talking about when they complain. Either they were at first rude themselves or they weren't prepared to adopt a pet and got mad when it was pointed out to them. This place is wonderful and the staff and volunteers really care about animals.

    Love Stewart best dog ever!!!!!!

Turns out, they could not because we actually lived in Niagara County not Erie County.

My husband and started noticing this place and decided to inquire about their services. We have a 1…read moreyear pup that we wanted to board while we went on a vacation for a week. We've used one other place but it was not nearly as close to us as this facility. Anyway, we made a few calls and set up a time to come visit. When we go there, I knew my baby was going to be just fine. Everyone was super friendly and informative. I explained that my little guy is skittish and we've been working tirelessly to get him socialized. That was not a deterrent at all. We set up a date and time for pick up and drop off and it was all set. I will say that because this is a new business, there were some hiccups along the way when it came to pickup and drop off but overall it went well. When we were gone, my husband was so stressed and worried about the dog so he texted quite often. Thankfully, Janine has the patience of a saint. She answered all of the texts and sent pictures. It was such a relief. She went out of her way to make our little guy comfortable by sleeping near him and allowing him the space and time to adjust. She was wonderful. She quickly learned of his little quirks and agreed that he needs some socializing. When we came home, she gave us a brief rundown of how things went. Overall I think it went well. I am really appreciative of everyone and their efforts. I hope this facility continues to grow and become a full service daycare, boarding, grooming, rescue facility. I want to bring my dog there for more opportunities to play with other dogs and socialize.

It was our first time leaving them here, and though our babies were nervous, we felt completely at ease. The groomer explained they would need to be stripped down but promised to save as much hair as possible--no problem! When we picked them up, we were beyond happy. They looked adorable and still had more hair than I expected! One of our pups has sensitive skin and often gets razor burn, but after checking at home-- not a single scratch. We are thrilled with the care and service and will definitely be booking again!

I acceptthat my dog is extremely nervous. And I acceptthat you tell me complaints about my animal. But I call my mother a liar. and my mother is 79years old. This Karen was disrespectful. Mydog was medicated and I'm sorry it didn't work.Still, it wasn't such a rude way to say things. She wanted my dog and this woman continuedto disrespect her. Yes my dog was with manyknots. Because his former groomer closed hisbusiness. and I was looking for where to takeher. When I told her to give me my dog shecontinued to complain. I think one time was.enough. She charged us 130 dollars!!!!!! forleaving my dog bald. And I did question theprice since it seemed a little high to me. We hada slight argument because she already had metired. Your Karen has no love for dogs. you arevery rude And now seeing all the opinions onyour page, I am not the only one who thinks thesame. You even threatened to call the Spca forbringing a hairy dog with knots. Think carefullyabout taking your animals to this place. Youcan't even see what she's doing because it's allcovered with a cement wall. My dog istraumatized. She would give it a zero but there is no that option.
