I recently had a new sprinkler system installed after having a shoddy system put in by another company 4 months ago. The work ethic was superior by Mateo (Matthew) and his helpers. He explained every step along the way including new pipes,tubing, meter and all that goes with it and was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the job. I highly recommend this company for all your sprinkler needs. They were meticulous on the clean-up job when completed. Only one down side, unless the job is an emergency, don't be in a hurry to get the job done, although they completed the work in two days which is good, they were a little later than they said they'd be when they arrived. They installed the system very quickly and efficiently We have had them back multiple time because their system did not perform properly. The sage was getting flooded on the schedule they had and not all the plants got water. We have lost three sage at least one cactus purple fountain grass and more. We have no instructions on how the timer operates so I cannot fix the issues myself. I did replace the sprinkler heads for the sage and they started to come back We have an appointment scheduled for today between nine and 10 o'clock and here it is 11:45 nobody has shown up and we haven't received any phone calls so their responsiveness is very very poor I don't recommend this company at all read more

DO NOTt use this company. They are not licensed. Their website lists an ROC# but that is for an expired license from the previous owner. We had our complete irrigation system redone and the system would not come on automatically from the onset. They came out several times (often unannounced) to reset the timer and kept claiming nothing was wrong. They would claim to reset it, but the next scheduled time it failed again. They kept accusing me of messing with the timer......Not true. Our gardener found exposed wires from the value box. They were left unburied and just covered with gravel.. After 6 months they finally abandoned us. They would not return phone calls or answer emails. In our last conversation with the office staff she got upset because I was angry. I guess she didn't think after them ignoring us and refusing to fix their work that I did not have a reason to be upset. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Unlicensed! The ROC # listed on their website was a previous owner and is no longer valid. Shoddy work that the say they guarantee! We hired them to completely redo our sprinkler. The timer did not work from the onset. They kept coming out and messing with it, but it still didn't come on when it was suppose to. This went on for 8 months....During this time I had to manually turn the system on. They kept accusing me of messing with the timer after they set it. They would never come out at the time it was suppose to come on so they could see it fail. The office staff could not understand why I was upset. She finally told me there is nothing else we can do for you and refused to have the owner, Anthony, call me back. This was consistent throughout the 8 months....he always had her call me when I specifically asked for a call from him. Read the other reviews and check out their rating with BBB. P.S. We recently had an entire irrigation system installed. Our old system was in need of serious repairs due to its age. The team at Niagara did a fantastic job. The high quality of the materials, the quality of the install and the pricing all worked out very well. I would refer Niagara to friends and family. Job well done! I'm not very happy with them as they're not honest. The boss told me they would be done in 6-8 hours. On the third day they finished. Giovanni asked to use one of my tools. I asked for it back before he left but he said he lost it. Orem or Orlando (spelling) told me it was in his front pocket. I hate to ruin their reputation.
