You service man not only found the leak in a few minutes but repaired it the same day and put everything back in the correct position. Yesterday, I found a major leak under our pavers in our front driveway. I panicked and called Tiffany. She somehow found Jacob and had him come to our home to fix the issue. He removed some pavers and starting digging and decided he needed more help since it was a major main water leak. Jacob showed me how to turn the water off/on at the meter so I could turn it off at night and not waste water. I finally realized that they were being very honest in telling me that I was going to keep having leaks due to the age and condition of my system. Eight months later I have a solenoid on my sprinkler system that went out in the back it's about a 20 or $30 part at the most and Mr. Jacob came out here for this company and wanted to charge $180 to repair the part which is basically changing the gasket and the other offer was $240 to put a brand new one on. Last time they came it was around $100 but they don't remember that because they do give you a one-year warranty but you have to keep your receipt because they don't keep any records so it possibly could be the same valve or solenoid but again, it's your responsibility to keep records, I will be using this company again. This happens to be a really easy fix it's just that my husband can't get down on his knees cause he's crippled so me and the woman of the house will be fixing it for $20. read more

Jonathan reached out he was 20 minutes away, very quickly identified what the issue was and when I agreed to go through them for the fix he immediately started working. When he was almost done he found a small leak and was very transparent that it didn't need immediate attention and that we could fix it ourselves but I opted to have him do it right, it was a super quick add-on fix and he was in and out in about 2 hours total for the initial repair and the additional one.
