When I explained my concerns after the service, I was basically told that everything was fine and is as it was and I felt like they thought I was an idiot lol, I mean, I can see that the whole gutter was bent where the tree fell on it... I can see all the scratches on the glass and siding and also speak for themselves... This was not a planned fall. Need to get the roof checked to make sure that no sharp branches poked through any of the shingles.
