(If I had the ability to add an additional star to my review, I would do so.) My custom piece is an enameled silver and gold pendant with a rainbow feather and dangling word "hope". There is a light blue natural zircon stone in "Hope"... light blue for prostate cancer ( one of the two cancers my husband has fought), as well as being my husband's birthstone. Etched on the back of the pendant is a Cancer Awareness ribbon. I am delighted with the result and craftsmanship of this piece. It holds a lot of personal meaning. There is no doubt I will be coming back to this location for jewelry repair, commissions, or gifts.

More savings on Friday when you pay cash to save an ADDITIONAL 20% and join the loyal customer club and automatically get 10% off and card punches to redeem for gift cards at the store. It is clean, well-organized, and tops are even arranged by color and design, in addition to sizes, saving a client LOTS of time. Brittany and her adult staff are always personable and helpful - even giving me advice on items I am considering buying. I especially appreciate her honesty when something is not "for me". I called today, November 24, and can't get in until December 23rd! Not sure why, since it shouldn't take that long to decide what to take. I have taken clothes and shoes to consign that were name brands and in great condition, only to come back and pick them up. My clothes look no different than the ones that they are selling. I keep giving them chances, but I am now done for good.

Scuffs and scrapes were repaired and the pieces were refinished to match the original color. It took some time to get a booking since they are very busy, but it was worth the wait. Their repair person, Stacy, is the nicest lady and gave me a bunch of tips on how to preserve my leather for the long haul. She also did more work than I expected on the repair, she is a perfectionist! I give them my highest recommendation and am so glad they came to my house!

The warranty company set us up with Fibrenew Hershey and while here for the repairs Fibrenew Hershey RECOMMENDED we have a protective coating applied to prevent any additional damage. So we agreed to have them back again. Not only did they increase their price, mid-application of coating, but, after paying more than $300+ ALL THREE FAILED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. Fibrenew wouldn't come back to fix their mistakes. Throughout the time period I tried to work with them I found them uncooperative, discourteous and ridiculously unprofessional. Certainly not a company I would EVER work with again. I called the warranty company, who apologized for sending them, and, as of yesterday we paid an additional $600 out of pocket to another leather repair service to fix the previous mistakes and correct issues that resulted from the failure of the "professionally" applied protective coating. Would not recommend Fibrenew Hershey.

Second: I asked for the sticker price tag that was on the crystal vase, she said she already threw it away. I just wanted to write about additional discount on the crystal vase because of the length of time in the consignment. The longer items are at the shop they get discounted before being returned to the customer if not sold Third: I purchased a crystal vase, but the owner put it in a plastic bag. Fourth: I handed the owner my card to pay, and when she gave it back to me, she laid it on the counter instead of putting my card in my hand. There is excellent eco-friendly sustainable value in consignment shopping but today not an outstanding customer service day at Pass It On Consignment Store.

He showed up as scheduled a couple of days later and spent about two hours repairing the damage. This included nearly perfectly matching the complex color of the top. The match was very good initially but Donnie spent the time to perfect the match. Repairs of this type are not inexpensive but quality is worth the cost. We are VERY satisfied.

He charged $400 for this. I was shocked. Foam will compress after time and I assumed he would use a better material. I called him to discuss, and he said he was sorry I felt this way. He thought $400 was a good price. A lot of other people said he charged a fair amount. Not even close. For 1 hour's work and a piece of foam.
