My daughter purchased a stunning mid-century modern brass bar cart from Funky Finds and Grinds, which she found on Facebook Marketplace. My daughter called to show interest in seeing and purchasing the lovely bar cart. The owner held the item until her arrival, and of course, she was grateful when she saw how lovely it was. I assumed they would work with me and extend my sell time but nope. So stopped in today to drop off 10 more items at 11:48. They accept items starting at noon. Told me to come back in 15 mins, now the staff was working, OPEN sigh lit bright over the door. I explained that my work hours conflict with their hours ( I'm in retail too ) needed to get to work could they please take these now? Nope again.. Horrible customer service, to rigid and inflexible. 2 stars might have been too high based on my experiences. Never going back

I've read the not-so-pleasant comments about the owner of this consignment shop…read more Today, I observed a person with a consignment -the owner was not very pleasant because the customer didn't have their consignment paperwork. Second: I asked for the sticker price tag that was on the crystal vase, she said she already threw it away. I just wanted to write about additional discount on the crystal vase because of the length of time in the consignment. The longer items are at the shop they get discounted before being returned to the customer if not sold Third: I purchased a crystal vase, but the owner put it in a plastic bag. Fourth: I handed the owner my card to pay, and when she gave it back to me, she laid it on the counter instead of putting my card in my hand. Brittany does a great job of managing this store now, consigning ONLY items she knows will resell, and putting fair prices on them. I LOVE that you can see when the items are being reduced and then you can go back on that day, if you want to save even more money!!. Since I have retired, I buy EVERYTHING here, for me, my grandkids and even my mother. More savings on Friday when you pay cash to save an ADDITIONAL 20% and join the loyal customer club and automatically get 10% off and card punches to redeem for gift cards at the store. It is clean, well-organized, and tops are even arranged by color and design, in addition to sizes, saving a client LOTS of time. Brittany and her adult staff are always personable and helpful - even giving me advice on items I am considering buying. I especially appreciate her honesty when something is not "for me". I hope you stay in business forever, Brittany!!!!
