I have a time sensitive issue and can't reach anyone. If I die, I'm suing them for lack of care. (Yeah, I know it's not a thing, but I can threaten it because it makes me feel better. No, it's not an ER thing, it's a question that impacts other decisions.) The doctors have to be embarrassed to part of such a cattle call where they can't take time with patients and give them the time and care they know they can give.
