A different dealership discovered the issue and Dartmouth Toyota was difficult to get a response from and ultimately did not take responsibility for the error. Mistakes happen, but it was disappointing that after much discussion, pictures, and video, (all from another Toyota dealership) they kept finding excuses to not take responsibility. I would not take my car here again.
