Came here, because my first experience was great, for an oil change. Second time I waited 3 hours.... For an oil change with an appointment. Figured I'd give them one last shot because 1 and 1 this last chance will seal the deal. Made an appointment for 10 am, the woman told me to drop the car off because there are 3 people ahead of me.... Why then did I make an appointment? Anyway they still have my car 6 hours later..... for an oil change and inspection. Didn't even address the issue of loose steering. Will NEVER come back. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Had body work done on my Chevy Traverse-from the initial consult with Chris, to drop off for beginning the job, & finally pick up upon completion-all a great experience. The work was pristine! a bonus was the detailing of the interior-TOTALLY UNEXPECTED. I have 2 labs & they shed- there was not one grey hair evident in that vehicle & it shined due to the ArmorAll! SouthCoast Towing seems to be running a scheme with Tony's auto body. They supposedly worked on my car, according to SouthCoast, and added hundreds of dollars to my bill. I called Tony's myself and they claimed no knowledge of my car! What's wrong with this picture? I know SouthCoast towing can't be trusted at all. Obviously, SouthCoast is using Tony's to further lower their own Better Business Bureau rating of "F". read more

I had a good experience at Tony's Auto. From the minute I walked in the door the staff was friendly and the waiting area had coffee and snacks which was pretty sweet since I didn't have breakfast. 80 yr old mother in law car broke down on highway. Called AAA. South Coast towing showed to tow car. Explicitly told them to tow directly to dealer. They DID NOT and took it to Tony's instead. Husband told them DO NOT work on car as we will have it towed to dealer as originally requested. WITHOUT authorization, Tony's charged us $50 for "diagnostic" fee to release car!!! They said they "worked" in it so we had to pay. Both SOUTH COAST TOWING and TONYS scammed and fraudulently charged to get own car back! BEWARE of these cons!!! read more
