I paid for the $27 package and gave a $10 tip (beforehand of course) and the inside of my car is still dirty. I know the dog fur is hard to get out- that's fine. But they just barely wiped the inside and called it a day. my inner doors are still dirty and they said they don't clean the doors even though it would've taken a minute just to wipe them all down. I wish I saved my almost $40 and had just done it myself. I still have to clean my doors plus some. Waste of money. Never going back. read more

If it was up to me I wouldn't give this not one star I came to Minuteman this week I am a long-time customer but this particular day they decided they didn't want to vacuum my car correctly I paid for the gold price and I get back and my seats are not done my floors and not done there's crumbs everywhere when I asked him to redo my vacuuming the guy's got an attitude told me no told me that I needed to get back in line to get it redone then they started speaking in Spanish to each other was very rude understand they were busy but that doesn't have anything to do with me if you did it right the first time I wouldn't be coming back to get it redone you spend almost $30 there so you should get good service when I try to speak to the boss you can't get in touch with him they don't answer their phone nor is there space in their voicemail I would not recommend this place read more

This place is a rip off - unfortunately it's practically the only car wash in the area. I recently moved here from Southern California - the car wash I went to there charged $13 for completely vacuuming, cleaning all inside windows and a HAND WASH and then COMPLETELY dried your entire car. After 10 washes you would receive a free one. Minut Man, for the same service charges $25!!! over double the price, the vacuuming is mediocre, the wash is sub par and they barely dry your car. After 5 washes costing $125 total they're so generous giving you $5 off your next wash. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer to wash my own car again - or move back to Southern California. read more

I got exterior deluxe package with tires. It was about $25. A little expensive compared to the ones I have tried but the car wash is amazing. They did a pretty good job with the hand detailing and the machine seemed well maintained. They have this glass see through so you can see your car as it gets a car wash which was pretty cool. Tip: if you like this place, rather purchase a book which has 4 gold class wash for $88 ($100 value). So you save $12 for 4 car washes. I wish they have a monthly unlimited package. first things first let me say how much i regret even pulling up to this car wash considering i am not from new bedford ! i should've waited until i got to my hometown to get a car wash because $30 isn't cheap that's a lot of $$ for a car wash but i wanted my car clean so i paid it ! they did an awful job and vacuumed my car like shit as well as left my dash very linty as if it was never cleaned . when i seen my car i'm like " did they even do anything " it looked the same there was dirt on my carpets and in my seats . so i went inside and complained and the lady walked outside with me and the owner happened to see her walking with me and asked what was going on so i told him and showed him and he said unfortunately we do not have the time to clean the carpets as clean as they should be and we don't do doors or the middle console at all ! so i'm like why don't you first of all tell people that and second of all you should have time if your only doing carpets , seats and dash . i asked if they could do it over they came and did and nothing looked any different so he offered me $3.50 ( lol ) to vacuum my car myself and his comment was " i can give you $3.50 to do it yourself and take your 30 minutes to do it how you want " he said this with an attitude as if i did something to him ? i felt totally disrespected and was confused on why he was because ride with his shade comment but i did clean my car myself like i wish i did in the first place because i wouldn't saved $30 . i would never ever go here again and i wouldn't recommend this place at all they rush on each car and i wasn't the only person who was complaining . for $30 i expected my whole car to be cleaned and all i got was a weak as vacuum and a linty dash board ... Wow, just left and my car interior looks as dirty as before. I waited in line for about 30 minutes. Paid for the $26 gold service. Rushed home for another appointment or I would have turned around to show them the crappy job they did. There is a candy wrapper in my door pocket and a cracker under the driver seat. The front seats were never vacuumed underneath, nor was the space between the seat and console. Both front seats look like they were never vacuumed. My gear shift is covered in crumbs. I can see dust and pollen on all four of my car doors as they were never touched. The dashboard and steering wheel are the only parts of the interior that were wiped down, complete with smears from a dirty cloth. My center console is completely untouched including crumbs and a small sticky coffee spill on the lip of the console. I pick up a business client first thing tomorrow morning. Now I will have to re-do this mess myself tonight after I get home from my last errand. If I had time for that I would not have sought out this service in the first place and paid for the premium service. Very disappointed. Won't be back. read more

Just went there to vacuum my truck and the hose I used had wet paint on it. All the hoses are a little ratty looking. Normal for a car wash. I put the vacuum nozzle on my drivers seat and instantly pushed paint along it. I WAS NOT STOKED ON THIS DEVELOPMENT. I went to the front office to inform the one woman there that this had happened. She informed me that it must be from the person before me and there wasn't anything "she" could do, but, I should get some carpet cleaner for it. I asked if they had any I could use and she calmly replied..."nope". I told her she should probably do something to let people know there's wet paint on said vacuum. She then asked me to ask Paul upfront if he could go to the office and she would let him know. So not only did I spend $1.50 to apply paint to my trucks interior and not even get reimbursed but I also had the job of finding Paul because the lady in the office was too lazy to stand up. What a crap job they did today and they weren't even busy. I had a gift certificate but would have been seriously pissed if I paid $17 for what I got. They barely vacuumed and instead just pull the mats out and dump then. Any dirt under the mat stays there Lint left all the windows. Windshield left wet. Just get exterior wash and save the money. You're going to have to clean the inside yourself anyway! read more

This is the best car wash in the area, not to mention the cleanest one in New Bedford. The staff are so friendly they make you feel like you're good friends. It's family owned and run by the family. The owners really take interest in their customers. From what I experienced a lot of return customers knew the family very well and highly recommend it. They have great prices and even give you a $2 off coupon for your next visit every visit! It is so fast and you dont wait around for ever for your car to be done. Totally saves time and money!!! I love this place so much I'm willing to wait to wash my car until I can go there to do it!!! read more
