I emailed Pure Placid around 9PM on a Friday, and by 9AM Saturday they had responded to apologize, and offered to send out a new spray nozzle right away! The staff was friendly & knowledgeable about products, and customer service is next level. I will definitely continue buying from Pure Placid!
