I made an appt the week before (appts are highly recommend, as she books up quickly). After warm greeting, she first treats you with under eye patches to rejuvenate the area and reduce puffiness. She then outlines your brow to ensure it's the right shape. She works methodically and fairly gently. She then uses scissors to trim any wayward hairs . All I wanted was an exchange (I had the order number and email used for initial purchase) but the associate said that it wasn't possible as it doesn't come with a pump. She even went as far as telling me I was wrong and that the product was a refill, which it clearly wasn't, as the box was labeled. The instructions on the box even state to use one-two pumps. This is my first time with this cleanser, so l did some research and made sure it came with a pump. I called Youth To the People and asked if the 8oz comes with a pump. They informed me it does, and even apologized for the incomplete parcel on Sephoras side.
