DO NOT GET RAIN GUTTERS THRU THESE GUYS! We had this company redo our roof. With it we chose to get new rain gutters. Great. No review. Left them to hire. No screens on the gutters, no way to clear or drain ( we have underground drainage). Now we have trees growing in our gutters and have to cut the downspouts to clear them out and get a second company to cover the drains properly. Up & Above replaced our entire roof in January 2019. Not only was their quote (which they absolutely honored) about $1,000 lower than average, but they also offered (in our humble opinion) the best materials and best warrantee. Because they were in such high demand, they couldn't accommodate us right away, so they made an extra trip to put a tarp over the damaged area FREE OF CHARGE, to protect us until they could do the job, which they also did their best to expedite. This is service! I purposely delayed posting this review, and can now say: NO problem to date! Thank you, Up & Above. I can see why you are chosen to do so many jobs in the area. They trick into thinking they hook up all the electric they take off but then they turn around and tell you they don't because it is in the contract. They men are all Latin and don't answer anything. The boss on the job leaves them alone all day. They don't deserve a good rating. I have paid 3 contractors and counting to hook all the electric they unhooked. We hired Up and Above to replace our old roof as well as two skylights. They are GAF Certified Master Elite® Roofing Contractors. With this you get a Warranty directly from GAF. Its even transferable to new owners if you move within 20 years! They did a great job finished in 1 day and cleaned everything up. ( larger than average roof ) They installed new flashing around two chimneys and trimmed out the bases of each with Azek PVC board. Gary , the owner is a nice guy and oversaw everything. read more

Everybody else told me the exact time they'd be there and called an hour before they got there. The crew made a error that was actually to my benefit with an extra gutter section not called for, and to the credit of the company they stood by their original estimate. They built a fantastic high quality deck for us and we couldn't be more pleased. All quality deck materials and attention to detail was amazing. They picture framed the perimeter, 4 stringer wide stairs, router railing supports, all spindle balusters, sanded all edges, best deck that I've ever contracted. And best of all they did it in 2 days with the new preformed 6x6 concrete piers. Amazing work! Be prepared to wait awhile to get the job done because they are in such great demand! read more

We got 4 bids for an entire roof replacement. At first they seemed high but once they broke it down for you they bid the job as it should be, not by cutting corners like the other proposals. Had a large regular picture window replaced with a big beautiful bay window. The owner showed up with 4 helpers and three trucks. They were all very professional and spent most of the day here. The window was large and heavy and they had to lift it up pretty high above a retaining wall and garden. They had to construct a small scaffel on which to stand to do the install, so it was not an ordinary installation. They did an amazing job and I absolutely love the window. The only thing I was disappointed in was that all the tiny nail heads were left exposed. I understand there is a filler that could be used , but I guess then it would need painting and they were only the installers. The exterior was enclosed to perfection. read more

We heard different things about this company. I decided to listen to the people who touted them for their good work. I am so happy I did. they came and gave us an estimate which was reasonable. They called to let us know when they would be starting the job (busy season) and were there promptly at 7:30 in the morning, with what seemed to be at least 12 guys. They took off our old roofs (two layers) and discovered the 65 years old plywood beneath was in poor condition. They then replaced all the old plywood, put on the new roofs (3 different sections plus garage).They were not able to finish up the first day despite being there until after 7:00 at night, but returned promptly the next morning and were completed by noon. Despite literally 100's of plantings around my house, there was not a plant damaged and not a thing left behind. If not for the beautiful new roof, you would never know they'd been there - not even dust remained. I cannot recommend this company too highly. read more

Not the cheapest quote we got -- but a solid value. They will also give you a certificate of insurance which is important when you have their folks crawling all over your roof - another roofer wanted to "wing it" without insurance! I saw their advertisements around the area and thought they were a reputable company. I called, asked for a quote and everything started off great. After 10K spent my roof leaked right away. I have been fighting with them for now OVER A YEAR and back and forth with still the same leaks. I fear every rain storm. Stay away from this company! Can you give a minus star? These idiots partially severed an electrical wire when removing existing roof, then had the audacity to tell me to call an electrician...'we don't do electrical work'. A couple of years later, I had a mold issue in the attic because they didn't pull the vents from the bathrooms thru the roof, and also neglected to free the sofets. When they came to the house to assess, they told me it was billable because the roof was then 6 yrs old. A twenty year roof, mind you. It cost me over $2000 to fix their mess, on top of the initial cost of total roof replacement and electrical work. They could have caused a fire that may well have cost a life. read more
