I get regular chiro treatments and this was beyond! It was my first treatment with Dr. Nice and it was amazing. I was in a car accident 2 years ago and have had trouble with the range of motion in my wrist ever since. Went in today for a massage with Ema. I couldn't move my neck and needed a neck and upper back massage. She spent 30 minutes working on my lower back and I spent 30 minutes asking her to please stop and focus on my problem area hoping for some relief. She ignored me every time then ran out of the room to complain to the doctor. She and the doctor insisted that she was doing what the doctor explained to do. However I am the one who is paying hundreds of dollars for this appointment so asking for her to work on my upper back and not the lower back for 30 minutes isn't unreasonable. I will never again refer anyone to this office. They were very unprofessional. After many visits and all the money spent here i am truly unsatisfied. I rather find a place that has better customer service skills and actually listens to their customers needs. read more

I suddenly got a severe neck ache that was keeping me up at night and making me see stars when I moved suddenly. I waited a week to see if it would go away with Advil, but no. I have a herniated disc between the L4 and L5 vertebrae. I have pursued multiple treatments including physical therapy and core strengthen however the pain and inflammation only seemed to worsen. Dr. Nice is amazing!!! I drive all the way from Claremont to have her adjust me. She has incredible hands and uses just the right amount of pressure, not too much and not too little. She takes her time getting to know you and asks many questions so that you can remember any past injuries or preexisting conditions that you may have forgotten over the years. I discovered her because I brought in my friend who was experiencing severe nerve pain. He has known her for many years but foolishly never sees a chiropractor! Dr. Nice assisted us for well over an hour by contacting medical centers and specialists so that we could get an MRI/CT scan asap on that Friday afternoon. Thank you Dr. Nice so much! I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was sending sharp pain into my neck, shoulder and arm. I tried several different ways to rid myself of the pain, but nothing worked. After my first adjustment I was feeling a bit better. Now I've had three and feel so much better with very little to no pain. This is the first time that I have been to a chiropractor. I'm 37 and used to play O-line and D-line for HS and College football. I knew that I had injured my groin and hip playing but didn't know that it was going to be as painful later in life. As the years have gone on my hip and groin have gotten severely worse to the point to where I was on Vicodin, Norco, and Tramadol trying to cope with the pain. I even went as far as to get a cannabis card, that at least allowed me to go to sleep. Now its 16 years since I have played football, and I have extreme back pain, and I have lost about 70% range of motion in my right leg due to the hip, groin, and back pain. My friend recommended that I try going to Nice Touch Chiropractic. So I did, I was skeptical because I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous and worried that I was wasting my time and money and that they were not going to be able to help me. because I had gone to so many Doctors to try and get this resolved. So I went and I was shocked that after just 1 massage, and 1 adjustment how much better I felt. I have now gone 3 times and I am seeing a great improvement in my range of motion in my hip and groin. The back pain is dramatically less, I'm not saying it is completely gone but I wouldn't imagine that going 15-20 years with pain that it would miraculously go away after 3 treatments. I also have stopped taking all the pain meds. I would recommend Nice Touch Chiropractic to anyone whether your like me with ongoing pain or you just need to be adjusted.
