The first week went by with nothing, so we called. He said the stones were a weird size so he had to order different ones, and it would be ready the following Thursday. That Thursday came around and still 0 COMMUNICATION. We called in again, to hear the same thing. That the stones they ordered were not the right size and they would keep in touch. No word AGAIN so we stopped by on Wednesday to see if it was going to be ready for the next day. They said yes and to come get it tomorrow (today). After 3 weeks of being in their hands, I figured it was going to be perfect. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He DESTROYED my engagement ring. The stones do not match at all, bumpy, THE RING IS CROOKED and bent on the inside. It's the WORST job I've ever seen. We walked right back in and got our money back. But he still didn't admit to his mistakes. Said my ring was a "nightmare" and told my fiance when he was ready to come buy a new ring to come to him. WTF. Now, my engagement ring is absolutely destroyed. I honestly can't believe this. If he KNEW it was not going to turn out right, THEN WHY EVEN ATTEMPT IT? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWERLY.
