I wanted to reschedule my third appointment to an earlier time that was available on her website and requested the change, I didn't hear back for hours. I text Mayra to let her know I requested the change, she didn't even bother looking at her schedule to approve it. She just answered with "Hello. It might not allow it because I am full tomorrow." So no changes were made. Come the day of my appointment, she is calling me asking why I didn't show up at the time I had "requested". I told her, she had told me she was full and didn't approve the change. She tried to give me the run around of the change showing up on her calendar and sent me screenshots. It was a whole bunch of lies and she just lacked accountability for admitting it was her fault. She's not faithful to her schedule and quite frankly feels like she doesn't take her business seriously. She showed up late to my first appointment and I had to wait for her outside with my drains and feeling very uncomfortable. The suite doesn't even have her business name on the door so it's very confusing. The two appointments I went to, the garbage can inside was overflowing and that's not the best hygiene for people with surgeries

Ladies, whatever you do, do not go to this place. If I could rate no stars, I would. They advertise…read moreeyelash extensions yet, what I got was a ridiculous amount of glue, what looked like to be strip eyelashes, pain and hassle with rude workers. I went in on a weekday and talked to one of the employees about getting the eyelash extensions. I had gone in before to look at the type of eyelashes they used which looked like cluster eyelashes which I was okay with. They made me sign a waiver. Which salon makes you sign a waiver? This shouldn't be a situation risking your life or health. I found it weird, but, signed it as I just wanted to get my lashes done. I was sat in the chair, my back turned the stylist while my face was facing up towards the ceiling and the stylist started the process. She said she had to grab something and came back and "finished." When I looked in the mirror, there was a lot of glue on my lashes and the outer corner of my eyelash on the left side was hanging lower than the right. I mentioned that to the "stylist" she put me back in the chair to "fix." The outer lash wasn't perfect but it was better. There was still a lot glue but was assured it would minimize. I paid and left. After two days, my eyes started stinging and the corner of my eyelash fell off. It was so heavy due to the amount of glue and I noticed it fell in one whole "strip." Not individually like real eyelash extensions and clump eyelashes fall in a clump. The eyelash was hanging off. I had called Shubh Beauty multiple times regarding getting this fixed and was denied and treated very, rudely by employees, until I called corporate. They wanted me to pay "to fix it." At one point, one woman wouldn't give me her name. At this point, I just wanted my money back. The pain was so much I decided to pay about a hundred dollars to get these "eyelashes" removed and put on another set. I did my research and found Jenny Ngyuen at Classy Eyelashes and told her my situation. She was sympathetic and got me a same day appointment. When I came in for her to do the removal and new set she told me that the eyelashes were not individual eyelashes or clump eyelashes. She showed me what looked like to be strip eyelashes and essentially the ridiculous amount of glue used. There was so much glue that my eyes we're stinging due to removal. Jenny said there was so much glue that it was blocking my hair follicle and this would eventually turn in to an infection. Jenny took pictures as well. This became a health hazard. She finished with my new set, I paid her, and guess what? No stinging, no weight on my lashes. No pain. The manager from Shubh beauty later called me that day and I told her the situation and rudeness I dealt with, and she said she would offer me a free service. I told her at this point with my experience at her salon, and the rudeness with her employees, I just wanted my money back. She refused and mentioned the waiver and that they did no refunds. Why would anyone want to go back for a free service after being hung up on by employees, refused a name on the employee who eventually hung up, and where they put someone in a health hazard situation? So, they could mess up my face worse now on purpose? Essentially this salon does not do a good job at their work and makes you sign a waiver to not make them NOT liable for their errors and health hazards. And at the end of the day, will refuse to give you a refund. I called BBB as well as the AZ cosmetology board. I am going to contact 3 on your side, as well and posting this all over Yelp and any site that mentions this "salon." It's not fair that they are scamming people, doing a horrible job, false advertising, and blocking hair follicles that it becomes a health hazard and making women sign waivers for bad service. This place is awful. Awful. Please, be aware ladies and be careful who you go to. This place would have cost me an eye infection. The first 4 pics are from the horrible job they did at Shubh Beauty. The 2nd one is the work, Jen did. Amazing clean up and difference. Please be careful, ladies!

Because I had such a good experience with my lip fillers, I trusted their recommendation when I asked whether the nose filler was worth it. Every time I asked, I was told that it was, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure and paid $850. During the first few days, I noticed a very slight difference, but I waited the recommended two weeks for the swelling to go down before my follow-up appointment. At that visit, the injector told me they couldn't use the entire syringe, even though I had paid for it, because my nose could end up looking droopy if they did. Instead, they recommended Botox under my nose to help enhance the results, and I agreed to it. Unfortunately, after both procedures, I honestly don't see any noticeable difference. Wanting to better understand the outcome, I later asked another injector for their opinion. After looking at my nose, they told me they believed more filler should have been placed in the tip of my nose to achieve a more noticeable result. I understand that treatment approaches can vary between providers, but hearing this was very frustrating, especially after being told that the full syringe couldn't be used. Now I feel like I spent $850 on a treatment that made little to no difference I want to be fair because I genuinely liked my lip filler results and had trusted this clinic because of that. My disappointment is specifically with the nose treatment and the expectations that were set beforehand. I wish I had been given a more realistic explanation of what kind of results I could expect or whether I was even a good candidate before investing such a significant amount of money.
