I went in as a first-time client after seeing an advertisement for what I understood to be Botox. Even when I arrived, "Botox" was the term being used. It wasn't until I specifically asked what substance was actually going to be injected into my face that I was told it was Xeomin. As someone completely new to this, I didn't even know there was a difference between Botox, Xeomin, or Dysport. Unfortunately, I didn't get the personalized experience I expected. I spent more time sitting alone in the room waiting than actually speaking with anyone, and I saw three different people in a very short amount of time. First, I had a FaceTime medical clearance that lasted less than a minute. She confirmed my name and birthday, asked about allergies, including bees, and whether I was pregnant or breastfeeding. Then an assistant told me I have very strong facial expressions and that the 10-unit Xeomin forehead special wouldn't do anything for me. She mentioned Botox and Dysport and suggested Botox might be something I should consider instead. She also recommended treating my 11s along with my forehead since is the same muscle. Based on her recommendation, I purchased the additional treatment for my 11s. That's where I started feeling confused. I was being told Xeomin probably wouldn't do much for me, while at the same time being encouraged to purchase more of it. As a first-time client, that didn't make me feel very confident about my purchase. The actual injector was very kind and gentle, and the injections were practically painless. She actually gave me the most useful information, but unfortunately, most of it came after I had already been injected since I asked all the questions once puzzling everything together. She explained that I could try Xeomin, Botox, or Dysport in the future to see which I prefer, that areas like my crow's feet could be treated gradually, and even explained the Nefertiti lift and injections around the jawline/neck area for more definition. I appreciated all of that information I just wish we had that conversation beforehand. I also wasn't comfortable with the syringe already being prepared when the injector entered the room. I never saw the vial or the product being drawn up. I'm not accusing anyone of doing anything incorrectly, but when something is being injected into my face, especially for the first time, I would appreciate being shown the product and clearly told what I'm receiving, how many units, and where they're going. I'm giving the Xeomin the full two weeks before judging my results, so this review is not about whether it worked. I genuinely hope I see some results. My issue is the overall communication and experience. I shouldn't have had to ask what substance was actually being injected after coming in believing I was getting Botox, or piece together information about the different products, dosage, treatment areas, and expectations from multiple people. It's my face, my money, and my comfort. I'm completely open to professional recommendations, including needing more units or trying a different product. I just wish someone had slowed down, asked what I wanted to achieve, explained everything clearly, before the injections and additional purchase. For a first-time client, a little more personalization, would have made a huge difference. read more

I recently had a non-surgical nose filler (hyaluronic acid) treatment at this clinic. I had my lips done here twice before, and I was very happy with those results. Because I had such a good experience with my lip fillers, I trusted their recommendation when I asked whether the nose filler was worth it. Every time I asked, I was told that it was, so I decided to go ahead with the procedure and paid $850. During the first few days, I noticed a very slight difference, but I waited the recommended two weeks for the swelling to go down before my follow-up appointment. At that visit, the injector told me they couldn't use the entire syringe, even though I had paid for it, because my nose could end up looking droopy if they did. Instead, they recommended Botox under my nose to help enhance the results, and I agreed to it. Unfortunately, after both procedures, I honestly don't see any noticeable difference. Wanting to better understand the outcome, I later asked another injector for their opinion. After looking at my nose, they told me they believed more filler should have been placed in the tip of my nose to achieve a more noticeable result. I understand that treatment approaches can vary between providers, but hearing this was very frustrating, especially after being told that the full syringe couldn't be used. Now I feel like I spent $850 on a treatment that made little to no difference I want to be fair because I genuinely liked my lip filler results and had trusted this clinic because of that. My disappointment is specifically with the nose treatment and the expectations that were set beforehand. Went in for my 3rd syringe i knew that my filler can potentially migrate but that's the look i'm going for the nurses were nice upon entering but after i had left i was standing outside the door and the nurses began to gossip about my treatment as there were no other patients there i heard tons of laughter and they were mocking the way i spoke it's unfortunate because i've been going to nakedMD since february of this year definitely going to the scottsdale location as i have never had any issues there! it sucks that the injectors live up to the mean girl nurse stereotypes other than that my lips turned out absolutely perfect! read more

PROS: the injector was super sweet. And clean salon. "New patient special" CONS: everything else. Front desk isn't as friendly. First visit agreed to dissolve my old filler and was happy too and expected it. Talked about half syringe price vs full. I asked how much it would be total then before I agree. She came back and said $399. Paid and left. Second visit. Called to ask about getting dental blocks before. First they charge $3 or $400 for dental blocks. I work in dental and can tell you anesthetic and needles are CHEAP so that's insanely priced. Don't do it. Got my dentist to anesthetize me for free. Went and got a full syringe and process with injector was great. Go to pay and she asks for another $299. I thought I had pre paid and the $399 was for dissolve and fill with half syringe and I'd paid a little extra for the other half syringe. NOPE. $400 to dissolve only. I've paid $100-200 to dissolve and friends agree. Paid the extra $299 as I was annoyed and just wanted to leave and be done. Get home and they called, they forgot to charge me for the lip flip which is $100 and gave them my card again. THEN says oh the other payment isn't going through I need to re charge. Gave me card numbers that I don't even have. At this rate I feel the front desk is incompetent, and they are sneaky in their tactics to get you to pay more especially if you probably are doing the new patient special. Went to get a naked pout about two weeks ago And I was worried because I had gotten my lips filled about two years ago at a different med spa and it migrated but I just wanted half a syringe to give myself a bit of a plump again, but didn't know how it would work with the migration. went for DAO, chin Botox & a facial. Dao Botox was/ is a nightmare, they injected me wrong so now my face is lopsided. Went back to get it fixed & the injector looked horrified & called in a lead (maybe manager) she said she couldn't fix it but would try to inject another part to make it look less lopsided (didn't do anything & still waiting for it to wear off hopefully).
