By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers.
