Doctor Terzian probably saved my life... I felt fine but he worked me over and got me on the right…read moretrack as I aged late 50s. Made me think about diet and exercise, made a bevy of good recommendations. Initially there were a lot of tests and diagnostics; actually, now every quarter I go for blood and weight. Annually, a physical and some of the initial testing. I've no critical issues, but Dr. Terzian is keeping me from getting there. Plenty of parking. Very nice staff. However, my observation from coming here for a few years is that staff turnover is pretty high. Offerings and coverage are not only cardio, but flu and covid shots, annual physical, PSA testing, and anything else in between. A solid Doctor who provides a great service.

To save yourself from stress and sanity, avoid at all costs. I'm pretty sure the majority of their…read moregoogle reviews are bots. They will always bill you the highest codes, no exceptions. Drop in for 5 minutes, it's a 60 minute visit. Expecting just a visit for a physical- no actually, they need to discuss the results of your most recent bloodwork, so it's now a comprehensive diagnostic visit on top of the physical. 80% of things they put in your health record will not be discussed with you during the visit. That must be what what extends your short visits to 60 minutes. I am surprised this practice is not illegal and not getting audited for their shady business practices. Shame on you!

Scammers! My insurance was activated today and I explained to the receptionist that I do NOT have a…read moreprimary Dr. as of yet, since it was just activated. I specifically asked them if they are equipped with x-rays, ultra sounds etc for a breast check. I was told yes. The receptionist informs me that I have a $10 balance from my Previous Employers Pre-Employment physical drug testing. I told her it's not fair, that's my former Employers responsibility, not mine and why was I now being told 10 years later? She said if I didn't pay it, I would not be seen, so I paid it because I needed to be seen regarding my painful breasts. I finally see the Dr. and she informs me that she's "unable" to diagnose me with anything, they do not have the equipment to do any imaging on me and she was unable to order any labs for me without me having a Primary Dr. So I said, what's the purpose of me being here if you're not going to do anything for me? All while I'm sitting on the table with my breasts exposed along with the medical assistant in the room. I told the Dr. I "INFORMED" the receptionist that I do "NOT" have a Primary DR. If I would have known that I was not going to be seen, I would not have wasted my time for no actual results! I tried covering myself up to get dressed and go home and she said she'll check me. She pushed around my breast then tells me she cannot diagnose me with anything, and could not order any imaging or labs and I would need to follow up with my Dr. So I pretty much went there, ended up paying a $10 passed balance fee and a Dr. that pushed around my breasts only to tell me much of nothing! With my breast feeling excruciating pain and a burning sensation, she recommended warm compresses with Tylenol and follow up with my Dr.!!! Un-freaking believable!!! I would NEVER recommend this place. The receptionist tells you one thing, the Dr. another!

MY REVIEW IS SOLELY BASED ON THE OFFICE'S BILLING DEPARTMENT!!! We have been going to Pediatric…read moreAssociates for over ten years now & I absolutely love my children's doctor & most of the staff is awesome! My review is about a recent encounter with the billing department. Being that we have been patients for over 10 years I thought they'd have a little more courtesy when it comes to billing & providing us with information. I received a bill for over $400 (I guess my son's visits were not covered by our insurance because it was accident related). We have never dealt with a situation like this before & instead of being contacted by the billing department or being informed at check in that the billing would be different because my son was in an motor vehicle accident, we just start getting these bills with no explanation, no details, etc. I thought they needed the at-fault driver's info so I sent the police report with his car insurance info & yet get another bill, no call or letter to ask about this car accident. Finally I call them directly & the woman starts explaining that I need to contact the at-fault driver's insurance & request some sort of # so they can bill his insurance, etc (all this sounding awfully confusing to me because I am not a car accident claim expert neither have I dealt with this in the past). The least the billing department could've done was call me & orient me before billing me again! They could've told me they don't need the driver's info that they needed more than that from his insurance. Being that my son has a patient for over 10 years I'd think they would have a little more courtesy & contact me for more info before sending another bill! Again doctors & staff are awesome! This is only about the billing department!!
