We have essentially no temperature control in a large portion of our condo where temperatures have ranged from the 50's in the winter to the upper 70's yesterday. I'm sure as temperatures rise it will be in the 80's in our master bedroom. Nobody from GSPH ever responds to me directly. In six months' time they have never resolved the issue, they never seem to be able to schedule a date to send a technician, and their service has been terrible. Honestly, I am at the point of wanting to hire another HVAC company to come replace the whole system. I would never hire these people.

He came out Monday and with the help of pictures I sent he pre-addressed the issue and after showing me the issue (I completely missed the broken wire). He had to order the part via the OEM for this older gas furnace but returned when promised and replaced it quickly. Also pointed out that I had a little critter that enjoyed stealing our sunflower seeds and making a home in the control panel. He cleaned that out and inspected for damage. He pointed out issue that should be addressed in the near future but his price was as promised. Very polite and business like, I would recommend him based on my experience with him.

I personally found him to be honest, prompt and fair. Paid him by check.
