I highly do not recommend this insurance broker. I hired another insurance company for my business and they told me the couldn't come close to the height of Nicholson's chosen insurance companies premium even if they added all the additional coverage possible. The new insurance company that I hired was four times less with the same coverage for my business. Understand Nicholson works for the insurance company more than they work for you. My advice is to find another company to find your insurance. It will save you a great deal of money. Ever since I was reassigned Heather Blair as my new agent at Nicholson my premiums skyrocketed. I am so disappinted in my experience with this agency during this past year. We have been here for many many years and I don't know what has changed during this past year. We have had THREE times during this past year where they 1. Said our vehicle was covered and find out that it wasn't for MONTHS 2. Called for liability coverage and they changed us for FULL coverage for MONTHS and the last straw was yesterday getting a letter saying that the boat that we submitted for coverage is under covered by $20,000! They are great to offer apologies and eventually refunds due to their errors, but whatever is going on at this office is alarming to me.
