I called and told them what had happened, provided the exact amount it did not credit and filed a claim. When they counted the cash in the ATM, it would have shown them over that exact amount. I was "temporarily" credit the amount, then they yanked it out of my account. So, I can only conclude that someone at the bank pocketed my money and/or they just don't give a sh** about their customers. Either way, I'm done with this bank. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

I started to have major issues with this bank doing cash deposits in the atm because it was…read moreconvenient and wow was I wrong I am a business off 22 years and they ended my life stealing my money , not giving me my cash for over a week and over a few grand of over draft fees and you wonder why I didn't know so check this out we have always gone by app on phone we always watched it 3 times a day and we have always been positive but we noticed thousands of dollars have disappeared and no one at bank could tell me why so I went to dinner that night and I had 8 k in my account but I got notified all my oayments didn't clear and got sent back but I had way over enough so I went in and the lady told me you havent deposited any money in a long time we deposit 3 times or more a week with thousands and she showed me her screen and with my own eyes she was right but I looked at her and said why does my app say positive 8 thousand and she was like omg I have never seen that and then all girls including manager and they said this is messed up and no one knows what to do at the bank so the worker found 1400 the first week they never gave me in my account so she said she is gonna open a case and they told me I had to figure out what happened lol . In the investigation when would put thousands in my account cash which is to be available that day or next I always went next day they held my cash until Tuesday to release so when I spent thousands thinking that cash was there it over drafted everything but in my app I was positive but I was actually negative and the over draft fees poured in and when they gave me my cash finally they would pull all of the over draft fees out then gave me little money then app would say I have thousands in it but really was negative 8k or more but never got one phone call nothing I'm talking up to thousands of card swipes ya they scammed me to the point I had to start my business over the bank has destroyed me. I went in to check on my case first girl never opened it and we talked to manager and she said the first girl never opened a case wow and the manager said this is so messed up and got a sorry I don't know what to do I said so what are we gonna do about this how much money do I have and she stated I don't know and the first girl said let me see your phone we showed her and she said let's down load the neeer app and see what it does so we did and boom the accurate matched the banks computer but the app said we had 5k in it and I was like so I need to get the stuff out of phone and she said that app is locked can't get in it she ruined our proof and said sorry. We have it figured out I am missing over 19k of funds not sure where it went and they don't either and the situation is still up in the air not wanting to help me only to bankrupt me and they did it. I have a meeting with a source this week and I am gonna get my point accrossed. Do not bank with this bank there is a reason it's passed from place to place it's a falling bank and when it falls it will take you with it for them to sell out again beware. This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever been in. They don't believe in customer service…read more There were only 2 tellers on duty during the lunch hour. One of the tellers was having to look after both the walk in clients along with the drive thru clients. The other teller was new on the job. When she asked for help from the manager, the manager told her to ask the other teller. Also the manager went out and chatted with the customers in line, instead of helping out either clearing up the line inside or the drive thru. What kind of manager does not help out either with a training issue or line up of customers. I was in customer service for over 20 years and I've never seen a manager behave in this manner.
