Called the facility to claim, explaining what happened and the owner hung up the phone. I tried calling couple more times after but no answer. I tried 10 mins later and finally he picks up the phone and gives me the solution to my problem " You can order another tire to replace it but it has no guarantee that it would not happen again. PATHETIC. I finally got another tire from CANADIAN TIRE with Guarantee.

I was particularly impressed with them on my last visit to replace my tires because as I was driving to the shop my SECOND tire fell off the rim a couple kilometres away. I was stranded on the road without a spare tire but they saved the day! In a matter of 15 minutes they sent out two employees who put on a new tire on the side of the road so that I was able to drive to the shop and get the other 3 put on .
