I bought some coils from there a couple weeks ago- a pack. Well I went ahead and changed my old…read moreone with the first of them and noticed that my mod wouldn't fire after the new one was in place. It's was saying something like not enough ohms or something . Well then I drop it and break the glass trying to get it to work . So then I go back to strictly vape. I'm a work during all this so I'm in a hurry - I go in there to buy a glass piece and explain to the guy that the coil wasn't working and that's how I broke it . He grabs a new coil puts it in my mod and the new one works I pay for what I think is just the glass piece which is fine but I check my account later and notice he charged me for the coil too . I just feel like he should've replaced the broken coil - I kinda used to go in there a lot because they were nice but if I can't even get products replaced when they don't work then I'm going elsewhere
